Perfect for families with furbabies!

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation! We have never taken our 2 dogs on vacation with us so we were nervous about how “dog friendly” the house and neighborhood was. If that is you, then no worries!! This place is perfect! AND VERY CLEAN! There was no smell of past dogs in the house and the fenced in back yard was such a blessing as we have one dog that will not potty on a leash. As for the humans, we had a great time too! The owners provided bikes that we took full advantage of every day! Honestly, it was one of the highlights of our vacation! Being so close to the Greenway paved trail was AWESOME! Also, take our advice and go ahead and rent a golf cart! There’s plenty of room in the garage for parking/charging it AND you’ll enjoy not having to walk that half mile down to the beach. Also, the neighborhood around the house is so pretty (esp at night) you’ll want to take the golf cart for evening pleasure rides! There’s so many local places to eat and have dessert that u won’t have to leave the immediate area if u don’t want to. We have vacationed in the areas for 14 yrs now and this year was definitely one of our favs!! The owners are extremely nice and quickly respond to any questions or concerns and also provided us with several recommendations regarding local spots to eat and have a good time! Highly recommend this house!!!

Great vacation for the family

Property was great. Wife and I enjoyed the area. Everything was within walking distance or a bike ride away. Traffic around the property was minimal so very pleasant stay. The host is great! Easy communication and provided everything you would need. From beach gear and bikes to pots/pans and plates, this had it all. An outside shower was one of the best parts. Plenty of parking space and roomy interior. Hoping to make this an annual trip from here on out!

Perfect

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus our lab. The property was extremely clean and well planned out. We loved sitting on the balcony and walking the nearby trails. The bikes and beach wagon were a huge bonus. We will definitely be staying there again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We decided on this quaint neighborhood close to a local park located on the Greenway! We do have bikes to enjoy along with all the beach gear needed while you are in town. The island is easy to get around either by bike, walking or renting a golf cart! The streets are street legal for golf carts and very walkable to enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

HipNautic is a two-story townhome and fully fenced in backyard. Easy to bring your furry friends to enjoy the beach as well. Pets are welcome! The Mike Chappell Park is within walking distance to enjoy bike riding around the Greenway or the Skate Park.
