Relax with the whole family at this brand new cozy beach house on the island of Carolina Beach. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs for the kids, and a large, fenced in yard. You can also enjoy the grill and outdoor patio with the family. You are walking distance from countless restaurants & bars, the boardwalk, and about 4 blocks from the beach. You have full access to the driveway and a keyless entry.

We love and welcome your fur babies (two dogs per stay) for a total fee of $120. Any additional dog will be $120 extra per dog. Please pick up dog mess outside and throw into outdoor trash can upon departure. There are bags provided in the backyard.

This place was perfect for my birthday getaway! I brought my two mini schnauzers who absolutely loved the yard. My mom and a few friends came and it was a fantastic stay! I slept in the master bedroom and the bed was superrrrr comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was a short few minute ride to the boardwalk/beach. Great communication with the host when any questions popped up. I will definitely be staying here again!

The house and yard were very dog friendly. Our girls (2 year old golden retriever sisters) loved the house, yard and patio. The house was clean, neat and very comfortable. Host was super friendly and helpful. House is close to beach, stores, restaurants and the wedding venue where we attended the wedding of a friend. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Great Neighborhood, Close to Everything.

Great location in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Well maintained with plenty of room. The beach, boardwalks, restaurants and activities are a short walk down the street. The best part was the pet friendly well fenced yard that our girls appreciated.

They thought of everything

Our stay was filled with wonderful surprises when traveling with a child you forget things to bring and these hosts had it. From stools, to sand toys to take to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Family getaway

This is a very nice house. It has a nice, fenced yard and parking for at least 3 vehicles. It is not on the water but that is what we like. Very close to everything at Carolina beach with easy access to the boardwalk and main drag. We will consider staying there again. Thanks to the host! She was very responsive to our messages.

The best time!

My best friend and I stayed for a week with our pups! The fenced yard was great! The house was super clean and perfect location, not to far a walk from Boardwalk! VRBO leading up to stay was having issues posting my booking on the app so I emailed property manager personally and she was great and answered all my questions and made sure I got the check in instructions before driving down! Great stay and great place!!

What a perfect Cottage!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy, well appointed, and had a great yard for our Berner, Crash! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to the Boardwalk and ocean. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The HUGE ROKU tv was just right for evenings watching movies from the comfy leather couches. We felt right at home and Crash loved the doggie touches --- a comfy dog bed, nice raised bowls, and even a doggie "cookie" jar! We look forward to our next visit! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Excellent

Check in was easy. Apparently the VRBO website was having problems, so the owner sent the check in procedure early in the morning. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. Would be perfect for a family with small kids. It was a little walk to beach, so if you have little ones you would need to drive. The house was beautiful on the inside, everything needed for a long stay. The house is also very close to Carolina Beach State Park. Now for the pet lovers, the house had everything your dog will need. There is a bed for your dog, food and water bowls, and a jar full of treats. But, most importantly, plenty of room for he or she to roam in the fenced backyard. There is also a gas grill and a gas fire pit with plenty of seating. Loved the outdoor lights on the fence. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is, a real coffee pot. The Keurig is nice but nothing beats a cup of fresh ground coffee. Secondly, the brown towels in the master bedroom need replacing. They had an odd odor that would not come out, even after washing. Not negatives, just recommendations. We all love including our Malinois and we are looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.
