Perfect fall break stay for our family of 5. The property and views are truly beautiful. The communication was excellent and the dock, rafts, canoes and paddle boards kept us all entertained for hours. We will absolutely be back!

Jason's home had everything we needed and was perfect for our group. We had a group of women that we just wanted a weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and enjoy the weather. I plan to return with my family we had that great of a time! Jason was super responsive and provided great suggestions - we had a boat come and get dropped off to the dock for a day. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was so clean and welcoming!

Beautiful and comfortable home. The location on the lake is quiet and very peaceful. We really enjoyed the dock, paddle boards & kayaks. The host was very attentive, accommodating, and kind. We really enjoyed our stayed.

We rented the house for a reading retreat and it was the perfect place for relaxation, reading and spending time together. All of the little nooks and comfy areas gave all 10 of us ample places to rest and read while still giving us space to all come together for meals and games. We had the best time! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the dock and outside areas were incredible. Thank you!

Great getaway for grandparents and grandsons

We had an absolutely enjoyable time at this beautiful home….our grandsons had a wonderful experience with all of the lake paddle boards and kayaks etc. They also loved the loft bunk area. Perfect!

Adorable house in a great location on the lake!

We loved our family trip to this adorable house on Smith Lake! It is on a cove which makes it such a great spot on the lake. There are great views of the lake from the house. The dock was very close to the house which was very easy and convenient! The property manager was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back!

The best lakehouse!

This is the best lake house we have visited! Clean, comfortable, amazing neighborhood, and the best part is it's located in a quiet cove where you can safely swim without heavy boat traffic. Everything is as pictured and listed. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely serene setting and beautiful accommodations

Our family will be booking this home again! It’s a beautiful and well appointed home with enough space for everyone. The outdoor porches are perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks! Great outdoor table for doing alfresco style! The owner even provides SUP and Kayaks. I couldn’t be more impressed with the home or the management of the property. Book it before it’s gone!

Fun for all ages!

We had an awesome time at Water’s Edge for the second year in a row. Jason is an amazing host who responds quickly and is constantly making upgrades to the house. Our two families fit comfortably and the house and dock offer so much to do that I never hear an “I’m bored” even from the teenagers. We’ve made it a annual tradition!

Convenient, gorgeous, perfect, lake house !

House is beautiful, water and dock are right out the back door and has amazing access to the lake. We had 2 families: (5 kids under 10, & 4 adults) the kayaks and close access to the water was amazing. The lilly pad was so great to swim from with the low dock. The part of the lake is perfect, not a lot a boat traffic, felt very private. The hosts were available and wonderful to work with. The title of this property certainly fits it is perfect in every way.
