The space overall is quite big for a 1/1 with private entrance & plenty of parking. The bedroom and bathroom are cramped but there is a large living room, kitchen, and separate dining room that really opens up the space.

The guests have access to everything in the house.
Parking for 2 vehicles available if needed.

I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. It is a private entrance house, so if you want privacy then it definitely has that as well.

The neighborhood is extremely laid back. In Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend.

I highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go!
Parking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible. Or you can park anywhere for $5.
City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of nearby neighbors.
