If you are a Sunset Lover, this is the place, located on the 7th floor, Ocean view 1 bedroom condo, offer a multitude of options for families and couples to enjoy! the ground floor has restaurants, (La Stanza - Italian, Los Cuates - Mexican o el Zarpe in the Pool area.) For coffe lovers the deliciouus coffee shop El cafetal. The unit have everything you need for confort, including a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, balcony with a view of the resort and ocean.

This is a beautiful condo with pool and beach view in a well-run and maintained resort. The owner's staff is both competent and responsive. If there is any downside, it would only be for those who prefer a more central "downtown" location, but between a walkable beach, safe streets and Uber, that's really not a big deal.

Overall, place was wonderful! Beautiful view of the ocean and full access to the Crocs resort/casino amenities including pool and beach as the condo is located inside the hotel. I’d definitely stay again 🙂

Great place

Maura was awesome to work with. She was attentive and prompt to answer any questions we had. The condo is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the amazing sunset view from our balcony. We will definitely book again when we return to Jaco.

Great stay in Jaco!

The Property Manager, Maura, was excellent from the start. She met when we arrived and when we left. Maura was very responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. The unit was great with beautiful views of the ocean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to this unit.

Great experience

The communication and help from the property manager was excellent. I received help with booking airport transfers. I was given recommendations for local tours. The space was clean and extremely comfortable. The view from the patio was priceless. A fully stocked kitchen. The complimentary welcome gifts were an added unexpected treat. I enjoyed my stay.

Great Last Second Find

We had a great stay at this property. The property is just as nice as it shows in pictures, and the beach is better than i expected based off of reading other reviews about certain sections of the beach. The location is a short walk down beach to heart of Jaco. If you dont want to walk the uber price with tip is just around 2 bucks US. I wouldn't hesitate to stay on my next trip to Jaco, and highly recommend it to others. One note - The casino is super small, and was never crowded during my stay. If you are a fan of Craps, you will be a bit disappointed to find that they only have a machine version of the game and no true tables. Maura, our host, was wonderful. She made herself available to help us with anything we needed to make the perfect CR vacation. She truly made us feel welcomed. The resort is well taken care of and there is great security, good place for travelers of all types and ages. We had a short trip and spent most of our time on the go, would love to go back and actually have time to enjoy the unit a bit more. I only had one minor complaint, i couldnt get the water in the shower hot. That being said, I'm certain Maura would have taken care of it for us, but we were so busy that i didnt bring up until the end of our stay. You shouldn't have any regrets if you book this unit, especially if you had already thought about booking the Crocs hotel. The cost during my trip was a huge savings vs booking anything directly through the hotel.

Location, Location, Location What a great private property with resort amenities. No need to pay expensive prices for drinks and beers, just have a small cooler and set chairs outside the pool fence and fill your own cups. The food is reasonably priced and surprisingly good. This condo has a complete kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view. I will rent again when in Jaco
