Silo District Vintage Warehouse Loft- Waco

On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage appointed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building.

Natural light brightens the entire family room and kitchen as the large original warehouse window dominates the street view brick wall. Enjoy the beautiful view of Waco including McLane Stadium through this window as you relax in the spacious family room. Three bedrooms feature one king-sized bed, separate bath with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms feature a queen and full sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom including double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The loft has a full sized washer and dryer, completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle.

The family room features a 70 inch smart TV with cable. The loft is equipped with high speed internet access with free WiFi throughout. Device charging stations are found bedside in every bedroom, luggage racks in every bedroom and hair dryers are in each bathroom.

This condominium has been a short term rental listed on another site for over two years receiving a 4.99 review out of five from previous guest.

Great Loft!

Beautifully appointed loft and perfect location for a shopping weekend with my sisters. We were able to walk to many places and thoroughly enjoyed the bookstore/coffee shop that was on the first level. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfection

The loft was absolute perfection! High end with lots of little extras that made the stay feel luxurious. We were very impressed with how clean the loft was and the thoughtful/imaginative decorations. It was so close to everything downtown that we rarely used our vehicle. The bookshop downstairs is enchanting and we went there daily. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Great place to stay!! Great location!!

Overall excellent stay at a wonderfully decorated place!! Check in was easy. Loved the keypads. Owners were communicative. Shower/bathroom mirror had a few areas that could have been cleaner and a few dust bunnies, but overall a great experience!! Definitely would recommend. Thank you!
