Not only is this property a short walk to the popular Grandview Beach, but also to wonderful restaurants, shops and nightlife. Legoland, SeaWorld and the world famous San Diego Zoo are all options for things to enjoy during your stay. Two comfortable bedrooms (queen bed in each), plus a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress in the main living area. Spend your evenings enjoying the beach air on your very private and spacious pergola deck with custom sunshades. The kitchen and dining bar are small but usable, and fully furnished. One assigned parking space in front of the property. The property boasts air conditioning, Wifi, and TVs in each bedroom and in main living area (ready to connect to your streaming service). Hot water on demand, beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys are furnished.

Pet will be considered with additional security deposit, no smoking. We will consider a small dog on a case-by-case basis, and with an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact host prior to booking to obtain pet approval.
