This 2 bed, 1.5 bath beach bungalow is only a 2-minute walk to the sandy white beach and 12 minutes to Pier Park.

The ground floor features a spacious living room that is fun yet cozy with a navy blue sectional that transforms into a bonus queen sofa sleeper. We won’t blame you if it becomes your favorite spot to cozy up around the flat-screen Smart TV and enjoy your favorite shows or a relaxing midday nap. The open-concept layout continues to the dining table with seating for six and makes the perfect place to play games. The kitchen completes the lower level with everything needed to cook up a delicious Florida feast.

Great place

This rental was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The place is a short walk to the beach, Aldi and Dunkin’ Donuts. Short drive to Publix and donut hole. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect for our stay

Great location. Super close to 30A but without the price tag. Also the beach is a 2 min walk and stunning! We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and it was great.

The public beach access entry point is literally right across the road. It is a short walk which we found to be very convenient. Another perk - this location is not in the busy part of Panama City Beach, yet the drive to PCB is quick and easy. This property is also pet friendly which was important to us. Heads up though, there is a $250 pet fee. Go ahead and rent this property - you won't regret it.

The location of this rental is great! Easy to walk to the beach & back, no complaints from kids ages 7-11 about the walk! The pull out couch is downstairs, while bedrooms are upstairs. To prevent kids sleeping downstairs alone, two adults opted for the pull out couch. It is less than ideal, however we toughed it out. It was oversight on our part at the time of booking that both bedrooms were upstairs. The pictures of the back patio area are not updated, as there is no grill at the unit even though it is in the picture. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

So great!

We loved the short walk to the beach, dog friendly was a big plus, we loved that they had umbrellas and chairs and beach stuff for the kids to use during our stay. Back yard had an outdoor shower, there were more than enough towels provided. It was over all a great great stay and I would recommend it to anyone

Literally 2/3 minute walk to the beach

Outside the property…not so nice…Inside the property was just like the pictures and the written description…the two bedrooms were a nice size with tons of closet space…the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, pans, glasses, plates, utensils and silverware. But most importantly the distance from the beach for the price was awesome! The property manager which worked for BlueSwell communicated multiple times making sure we were happy.

Great Spring break trip

We had a great time, the walk to the beach was simple and I loved the nice, quiet community. We enjoyed being away from the business of PCB but it was a short drive to Pier Park. Nice place!

We were happy with this rental. A couple suggestions- the counter space is limited, we brought a folding table for extra. The pantry was big though! Outdoor shower for rinsing the sand was great. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. The dryer doesn’t stop running until you open it. We brought box fans for the bedrooms, it does get warmer up there and much cooler downstairs. Would stay again!

Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and everything my sister and I needed for a home-y getaway to visit with our mom! It's also nice to know that there are pet friendly options if I decide to bring my pup along next time!

My negatives would be that we only had one trash bag... which is frustrating since you have to pay a huge cleaning fee... And there wasn’t a separate thermostat upstairs. So the upstairs, which has the bedrooms, is soooo much warmer than the downstairs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was a great size for our family of 5!

Cute - close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worked for what we needed. Literally a minute or less walk to public beach 95. Plenty of beds for the 2 families and a large enough living room to host 3 families for a roaring evening of card games.The patio is small but cute and has a shower to rinse off sand.The bathroom upstairs is conjoined and not at all sound proof. The tub backed up but a quick call to the office had a maintenance person out within 2 hours. Be warned, all fees will tack on additional tourism fees.

Communication, and property updates.

The property had recently been “updated”, there were patches on the walls, the tiles in the bathroom still had mud on them, kinda like the job was not completely finished. We had an issue with the dryer not working. The communication with the office was not good. No one could get their story straight about when the part would be in. They told us we would get a call when maintenance were on their way, they just showed up. The maintenance guy Cameron was really good and got the job done. The door locked us out, took over 2 hours of us sitting outside for that to be fixed. They had to replace the door handle. The property it’s self is spacious for 5 people, close to the beach and area is quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location to grocery stores, CVS and especially the beach. Love that this was pet friendly. Locals were super friendly and told us the good restaurants around. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice, but not much counter space for makeup, deodorant or toothbrushes. No hairdryer was found, so bring one! Floors made your feet black, so they need to be cleaned better. No area in kitchen for your snacks or groceries as each cabinet is full. Outside shower facet could be closer to front door as your feet get sandy again walking back to front door to get into home as you need a key for back door. The patio definitely needs trimmed. Very overgrown bushes taking over the table area. Overall, this is in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, beach is not crowded at number 95 entryway & it was great that our dog could join us.
