Cozy Beach Bungalow-midway between beach and town
Our cozy beach bungalow is clean, warm, and furnished nicely. Great sun porch with tons of natural light throughout the house. Located very close to the Village and Beach. Includes outdoor shower, screened-in porch with daybed, four bikes, 6-8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and wagon. Brand new deck and outdoor shower.
The outdoor space has a BBQ, an outdoor dining table for 8, and a beautiful summer garden.
The home is well-equipped with Wifi, a smart TV, Amazon Fire Stick, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots & pans. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning.
Located on one of the prettiest blocks on Ocean Beach with wonderful neighbors. Half a block to the beach and half a block to town.
*This home has a strict 30-year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to groups with young children.
* Weekly or monthly rentals ONLY.
There are strict good neighbor and noise policies for this home and no parties are allowed at any time.

I chose this street because it is the most beautiful in Ocean Beach. The walk is beautifully surrounded by trees and some of the best homes. Additionally, this street is as close to town as it is to the beach so you are perfectly located to experience both.

My cottage is an ocean beach original it has all the charm of what Fire Island represents. Beautiful wood paneling and a charm that is sadly slowly disappearing from the area. If you want to experience authentic Ocean Beach. This is the place to stay.
