Wonderful place to stay! Clean, spacious, close & easy access to the beach, check in was a breeze, & friendly environment! Katherine is very responsive, nice, & understanding! Again, our 2nd time staying & will definitely be back!

Panama City Beach Stay

This was my first time staying at this property and it wasn’t bad, it just didn’t align with what I built up in my mind. It is small, as in a former motel room conversion. There is no closet or dresser space for your clothing. There’s a window unit in the bedroom, and multiple fans in the living room (not central air). My friend froze while I had to use ALL the fans. The kitchen functions and is adequate, but I was unprepared to learn how to use appliances I wasn’t familiar with. There was no manual or instructions on use. There was no dishwasher but it became therapeutic to wash by hand. The property was nice and quiet. Beach access 7 was closed for repairs but 6 was close enough. All in all it was a pleasant stay and much needed vacation away from home. If this was my place and I visited often I would love it.

Thank you for the review of our property! I always appreciate the feedback so that we can improve your experience. I’m glad to know that you would LOVE owning our place. I do have a very detailed description of the property listed (no dishwasher, convection microwave, window a/c etc.) I also wish you would’ve reached out with your questions during your stay! I do want to create a great experience!! The manual for the microwave is over the refrigerator. Too late now BUT as your host, I am here to help and answer all questions as stated multiple times. For future reference, both beach accesses are equidistance from the property. We are lucky to have 2 so close!! I truly hope to host you again in the future!

Family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family vacay! I will be getting remarried in the next year or so and my family will be growing by two more kiddos, so we won't fit in this property anymore. However, I will keep it in mind for getaways with my hubs and will recommend it to others in an instant!!!

Comfy bed!! Literally within feet from the beach!! Property was well maintained and had super friendly neighbors. The pool was great but needed cleaned after the rain there were hundreds of bugs in it so we couldn’t swim but e had an ocean!!. Plenty of towels for three people. Everything you need to stay there. This is a very small unit, but totally manageable! We loved it we will be back every time! Might I add? I’ve met many of the neighbors and people who stay another units. They are so friendly and so much fun!!

Clean, friendly and close to the Beach

For our vacation this year we wanted something close the beach, clean and quiet. Well, we lucked out this year. This condo was clean, cozy and so close to the access for the public beach. The people around were so nice. The pool was quiet and clean. The condo was just what we needed. We had a king size bed for my husband and I and a pullout couch for my daughter. It has the cutest bathroom! We never had a problem parking either which was just steps from the front door of the condo. We had a great stay. Our hosts kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. I recommend this location.

Not as expected

Lot smaller that anticipated. I guess the mirrors fooled me. There was no where to put clothes other than my suitcase, no dresser or closet. I had to sweep as soon as I got there, floors were full of sand and dirt. The overall property was not pleasing and the pool was small and full of bugs and sand. I should have paid better attention to the listing and I would have known there was no oven. Door give us a hard time locking and unlocking. Not like what I have rented in the past for the same price.

Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We try to be as transparent as possible with our listing. The door and the lock are both brand new as of April 2025.
