This end-lot nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains offers the privacy of a mountain lodge mixed with the views and water access of a lakefront home.

Located less than an hour from Liberty University and the University of Lynchburg, this house is great for families visiting for graduation.

Leesville Lake is home of the Virginia state record for largest striped bass caught at 53 lbs 7oz! It also stocked with walleye and largemouth bass to go along with the natural crappie and catfish.

The private dock is perfect for docking your boat, or one that you rent from the Leesville Lake Marina. If you rent a boat from the Leesville Lake Marina, you can park your car at the marina and drive the boat directly to the house (~20 min boat ride). Make sure to reserve your boat well in advance!

The entire house is available for guests to use. The fully stocked kitchen, main living area, bedrooms, living area in the basement, fitness area, private dock, and over an acre of backyard are all for the guests to enjoy.

4WD is recommended for the driveway. We suggest parking in the cul-de-sac at the top of the driveway after snow or heavy rain.

Wifi is available via a mobile hotspot. We would not rely on this for important work or high-data using activities (online gaming, HD video streaming, etc.).
