Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

This nicely furnished 3rd floor 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms is the perfect place to relax when in Maui. Full sized kitchen and large living room to relax in after your busy day under the Maui sun. Located on the third floor, this unit stays naturally cool, complemented by a large AC unit and television in the spacious living room. The bedroom features a queen bed and its own AC, while the living room offers additional sleeping options with a queen sleeper sofa and a full-size daybed. Located directly right next to Waipuilani Park so you can snorkel, play tennis or pickle ball, or take in the amazing Maui sunsets. You'll also be just a short walk from shops and restaurants!

Enjoy the beautifully well manicured lawns and have some fun playing shuffle board. Enjoy the onsite fitness center, pool with large pool deck, and jacuzzi. Close to numerous restaurants or enjoy a round of golf at one of the nearby courses. The beach is very popular for wind surfing, kite surfing, and paddle boarding. During the winter enjoy watching the whales across Maui Bay! Or lounge on the beach with all the gear you need (beach chairs and beach towels). Free Wi-Fi and cable included. Truly a great place to relax.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
- AC's in the bedroom and living room
- sofa bed and day bed in the living room next to the 2nd bathroom

Absolutely loved this stay! Loved the lay out. Enjoyed walking along the beach. Perfect spot for sunset. Our family also enjoyed the shuffle board. I cannot wait to return!

Excellent Place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Maui Sunset property! It's in a great location in Kihei. The Management staff were informative. The only thing is we would have liked a few more blankets.

Lovely apartment in a great location

I have to take one star off because the AC was very very loud making it hard to sleep. Otherwise the apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Great location in central Kihei with parking and directly at the beach. Nice pool area and sport opportunities too.

Maui Sunset resort grounds, amenities, beach, location & property management definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars! They even have an herb garden next to the pool that you can use. OUR FAVS: Go visit the Butterfly Farm Use the "GuideAlong" app for Road to Hana Rent a Jeep local on Turo Note to owner: The items in the condo might deserve 3 out of 5 stars. I get that in general, things wear down and we did not expect luxury. (the condo looks exactly like the photos) But providing simple conveniences would have made up for it, especially when your renters come from all over the world. Please update the supplies if you want return renters & referrals. Things I would want to know before renting: Main bed was comfortable, couches not so much. The cookware is old but served its purpose & (2) tupperware needs thrown away. The coffee pot is manual, so DON"T forget to turn it off AND buy your own coffee. We rented for a week and only received 2 coffee packets. Condo does not provide foil, ziplocs, saran wrap, spices, zero condiments, etc. "good to know when shopping" No, the above inconveniences weren't deal breakers to our vacation, but I have rented a lot of places and these are little things that can really make a difference in the experience. If your renters are required to buy these items, I at least suggest a donation collection to help others with the supplies we leave behind. I don't like all the waste in our world when there are so many people struggling. Mahalo

Relaxing

My husband's name is Dan also, so I was confused at first that it said a Dan reviewed. Lol. We had a great time. The pictures of course make it look a bit bigger than it is, but it was just perfect for our needs. You might put a little more soap in that Tupperware container for laundry. Some sort of vegetable steamer would be nice, but otherwise we had a great time. The grounds are very well-kept and it was a great location. Thank you so much!

Will stay there again!

Hi, We stayed in this property and the rest of our family stayed in another property with another agency on another floor. We all agreed our place was much nicer. We loved the spaciousness of our place, the comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Although we didn't cook, there seemed to be everything one would need in the kitchen. The contact was efficient, and everything was clearly spelled out. We did drive around the Island, and I fell like you receive a real, authentic feel of Maui in Kihei. The food truck area was fun, and we went to the 4th Friday town party. We also saw turtles in a small cover nearby. The pool, hot tub, tennis & pickle ball courts were also nice. In the evening we had a perfect view of the sunsetting.

Good spot

Good space and location. Could use a thorough cleaning. Ceilings were black as was the floor. Bring a cooler of drinks if you plan on barbequing and a spatula.

Maui Sunset resort stay experience

Amazing property for family stay. Close to beach, beautiful sunset view, lot of sports accessories to play outside, swimming pool. Inside the condo, sufficient utensils to cook for a family, TVs for entertainment, board games for kids. Overall We enjoyed our stay!

Kihei Stay

We stayed for three nights at the Maui Sunset. The condo was fine especially since we were never there, spending most days exploring the island. The property is pretty basic but the beds were comfortable and the A/C worked so I couldn’t ask for much more. Check-in was a bit annoying, parking was tough (very crowded) and the elevators took forever but those aren’t deal breakers.
