There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a pull out couch in the living room and 1 bathroom with a stall shower. The back yard is open & sunny, perfect for bbqs, yard games and relaxing. Just a few minute walk to some of the best restaurants in town!

Great York Beach Rental

Bright and clean rental. The owners were very helpful and provided beach chairs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful! The home owners in front of the rental were so nice to us and very easy to talk to. The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The rental was clean and well taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better since we were within walking distance of Short and Long Sands Beaches. We would stay at this rental again and would recommend to others to stay here as well!

Quiet, convenient location

This was a great centrally located home base for our week in York. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, both beaches, and the lighthouse, but on a quiet street. Just a short drive to Kittery and Stonewall Kitchen and we took advantage of all of the suggested walks in the very helpful information booklet. The owners were very friendly and the apartment was well supplied, comfortable and clean.

We loved it!

Wow, what a great little place! Super clean, walking distance to the action, property was beautiful and owner was wonderful. We had so much fun and my son cried when we left. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed! We will be back for sure.

Great location

Great location , walkable to everything . Not the most ideal set up / layout for 1&2 year old with the stairs and lack of tub . But overall awesome and would be great for kids that are a little older !

Hi. We enjoyed the location but not so much the apartment. It was clean enough, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC window units sounded like a tractor trailer. We actually stayed at a local hotel two nights. The barking dog scared the crap out of us and we have a dog! There was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

Very convenient and clean rental

It is a newer property on the list so some items are missing in the kitchen like a cutting board for exemple. This being said it is super well located walking distance from the 2 beaches and close to supermarkets, restaurants and many other beaches. I will certainly recommend it and try to rent it again.

This property was accurately described and conveniently located. Two things kept the rating from being 5 stars. One - the bed really needs to be replaced - very worn out. Two - instructions for heat/cool, dishwasher, etc. would have been helpful - we figured it out but would have been a nice touch.

Perfect space for a short getaway

This place was just what my spouse and I needed for a long weekend with our toddler. It was exactly as expected from the listing, in a great location walkable to all York has to offer. I recommend it to other couples looking for a place to stay in York.
