Great stay!

We love the Sun Beach Club! Becky was a great host and her unit was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the pool/hot tub, close to the stores and restaurants across the street and the back patio was very nice! The beach was easy to get to and very walkable. Thank you Becky!

Cut little condo

Condo was clean and well-stocked, and the property is well-maintained, close to the beach, and has a nice pool and hot tub area. Owner is very kind and helpful and was quick to respond to messages and take care of any issues that we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It has long been a dream of ours to own a place in Florida and New Smyrna Beach was the destination for our first "big" family vacation so deciding where to own was easy! We worked hard to make this dream come true and are excited to share this opportunity with you. We hope that you and your family, like ours, will make memories and stories to tell for years to come.
