Yes except for pool. Paid extra for a pool to be heated. Never got to 82 degrees. I was very disappointed.

Family Fun

So I have family in the Inverness area and this house was perfect for me and my family for a visit. Large enough to have a pool day with family. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our own meals. Rory was very attentive to us !

Beautiful Property

We were in town for a wedding that turned out to be just around the corner in the neighborhood. Beautiful home and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The pool could have been better, it was dirty and not warm enough to swim in. The inside of the home needs a good scrubbing, wasn’t awful but could be better.

I didn’t stay because the owner lied to us and after having this property booked they said that VRBO had a problem with my booking. She lied, Vrbo never had a problem!

Good Stay.

Property was decent. Paid for heat for the pool and after 3 days pool temp never got past 72 degrees, so never could use the pool. Needs some minor TLC at minimal cost. Overall though it was a solid, fun stay.

Overall ,nice place. Couldn't get tv to work in the living room, messaged host about directions to operate tv, did not get an answer to that question. So were unable to watch tv in living room. Saw 3 big spiders and a palmetto bug during our stay.

Base Camp

This property is ideally located close to all of the action or things your group may be interested in. It is only a short drive to Crystal River or Dunnellon where you can find much to do on the water. Your children will be well pleased with the pool. If a night in is your thing, you will find a plethora of enjoyment from board games to TV to puzzles. Great base camp!

Beautiful Pool & nice host

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool/lanai & golf course view were great as was the space the house provided. The pool is 100% the best part of the house. All the rooms are large and the beds were comfortable (which isn't always the case in a rental.) My only complaint was the skimping on basic items such as extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, no detergent for the laundry, no cooking oil or spray. Towels were small and flimsy, etc. Slight upgrades in this area would go a long way.

Good family place

Pool was large we enjoyed a lot of swimming, light didnt work and had to skim a lot but it was not a big inconvenience, not sure if the app was down but had to ask for check in information it was never sent to me had most everything we needed couldn't find any baking pans but again wasn't a major inconvenience lots of space for a family has a third bathroom not on the listing that was.nice, watching the golfers was fun view was beautiful

Wonderful Family Vacation

First and foremost they were amazing to work with when we needed to change dates due to car trouble. Our stay was truly awesome and such a relaxing week. We are a family that loves to cook and were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was to cook. Pots, pans and even a wok. The house is beautiful and so clean. They have a handy guide book on the counter for most instructions and everything was very easy to follow. Overall we hope to return for future vacation.

Could have been better

The property seemed neglected. The pool area had not been cleaned or maintained. Screen was torn and had been put back into place with ducted tape which failed. There was a dead bird under the pile of pool floats which were faded and some were deflated. The pool cover was in poor condition and difficult to remove. The pool side furniture was faded and had biting bugs in the cushions. Over all the place needed a thorough cleaning. We reported these items and more. Hopefully things will improve.

Perfect 4 bedroom 3 bath for my family of 5

I will first say that Rachel the property manager was absolutely amazing! She was very prompt with replies and went above and beyond. The house was very well kept and stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, utensils, TP, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods. The pool was wonderful when we got to use it "the air temp got down to the low 30's 2 of the nights so of course the pool was chilly. The hot tub is more of a whirlpool attached to the pool and is not one designed to have a cover so it isn't actually hot if it's chilly outside but still relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for us and in a great, quiet neighborhood.

Family trip

We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. Layout of house is nice, master on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close off the hallway to keep noise level down if you have kids. Master bedroom mattress does have a large dip in it so had to sleep right next to my husband not to fall in, a new mattress would fix that problem. We spent a-lot of time in the pool and relaxing. Host was quick to respond to any messages and questions. All in all would stay here again! Thanks for letting us stay.

Check in was easy, location of house was great and backyard view was beautiful. The house itself needs major updates there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the towel rack came off the wall, beds made lots of noise in one room, kitchen cabinets wouldn’t stay shut and AC wasn’t working when we arrived. The pool also had yellow algae all in it. The owner was easy to get ahold of and had the AC guy out that night and pool guy came out the next morning but we were only there for a weekend so it was pretty inconvenience. I felt all of these things should of been taken care of before the house was rented.

Has potential but neglected

Place has amazing potential. We chose this place for the pool. On Monday I sent pics and let them know there was an issue with the filter. Someone came Friday to fix. So use of the pool was minimal. We saw others yards getting mowed twice and nothing with the overgrown lawn. The screen to the pool had a huge hole. The house had many cobwebs and spiders galore. We were there 8 days and got 1 roll of paper towels and 1 dish rag and dish towel and 3 dishwasher pods. I never received a code to check in until I texts and was given the wrong code. Was in the shower the last day and the water stopped! I texted and was told there was an outage that we were not mad aware of. I will say, I did contact them and they were appreciative of knowing the issues.

Okay house

The house was easy to get to and centrally located to the springs which is why we came here. It does have 4 bedrooms and the pictures are accurate with beds. The house is a bit dated the floors are vinyl. The kitchen did not come with any paper towels, the dish soap was very cheap, old sponge that others have used and no spray cleaners to clean up. The pots are rusted so i would recommend bringing your own if your cooking. There was not enough toilet paper. We brought our own towels and shampoo, soap etc. They had watered down hand soap. The pool was nice but I had to clean all the bugs on top of the pool. Spiders were all over the house we killed a few while there. The owner charged me an extra 30 dollars for heating the pool which I had not requested, I spent over 30mins on the phone with vrbo to create a case which then the owner refunded but additional unnecessary hassel.

WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN!

We booked this rental thinking we would be enjoying the nice pictures they post on the listing. WE WERE SO WRONG! This place is so out of date it isn't funny! The pictures had to be taken about 15 to 20 years ago. I wish that I could upload photos to show the difference! There is major cleaning needed outside especially at the pool. There is green algae growing on the pool enclosure and black mold growing on the sides of the house and the pool concrete. There is a hole in the bathroom wall where the toilet paper holder is. There is NO bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub"! The property manager told me there were never bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub", that it is NOT a Jacuzzi...BUT their picture on their listing shows bubbles/jets in the "Hot Tub"...so you are just going to have a small pool with the big pool unless you pay them to heat the "Hot Tub" prior to your stay. But what is the use when you are in Florida and there are no bubbles/jets? There is grass growing through every crease in the pool area...There is NO lights in the pool or "Hot Tub"...There is a HUGE wasp nest right at the front door entrance....The showers are SMALL! There was nothing telling us how deep the pool...There were holes in the screens, so HUGE grasshoppers were inside the pool area along with spiders and spider webs. The property manager was rude and didn't seem to care much... The pool guy never came to clean the pool while we were there and the sign and email said that they would be there Friday or Satureday...I got up early every day and spent most of my time outside in the pool area, so they never showed up! The pool needs cleaned horribly bad! The brush that was there that would be used to clean the pool was so dry rotted, it couldn't even be used...when I touched it, a LOT of bristles fell out... We paid a lot for 3 nights and she offered us a quarter of our money back to leave the next day (not even being there for 24 hours). The check in and out times are also different! Online it says check in at 4pm and checkout at 11am...the email sent from the property manager was check in at 3pm and you must be out by 10am... We will NEVER stay at any of the properties operated by this manager again! There are many in the area that she runs! So do your homework first!
