Condo 1001 was filthy and it need repairs and updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was filthy!! The stovetop was crusty! The floors apparently had not been mopped, as our grandchildren’s feet were black from just walking through the condo. The microwave had a handle broken off, the balcony was dirty, the deadbolt lock just turned around and around and didn’t work, the air vent in the ceiling in the master bedroom leaked water down onto the floor continuously the entire week we were there, so we had to keep a towel down to soak up the water so we didn’t slip and fall on the wet floor, and there was a huge bug crawling on the ceiling. I did call the management company to complain and she sent someone over to clean. She said it was some kind of a roach. I will never stay there again, needless to say. Aqua itself is a beautiful place, and we’ve stayed with them before and had great experiences. The location is great, and the amenities are good. But this experience has done me in. I just felt like everything I touched was dirty. At one time the decor I’m sure was very nice, but it’s really outdated, and the condo itself is in need of many repairs. The pictures are deceiving!!
