Great get away!!

We enjoyed everything, house was big enough for all the kids and the beach was close enough too. We had a wonderful time.

Great Experience

The listing is as advertised. We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed the gated community. The private beach access was very nice and the west end of the beach was very quiet!

Wonderful beach trip

Lots of room to spread out with room to spare. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need.linens provided makes trip even better. Tv in each bedroom would be nice for rainy days but otherwise excellent...outside shower with hot water isanother huge bonus

Loved the house

Splendid houses. The walk to the beach was very nice also. Holden Beach never disappoints and this house was more than anyone could ask for We definitely will be back Thank you again

Comfy stay

We enjoyed being withing walking distance to the beach, the storage closet was full of fun toys and things to share. The outside showers were perfect for getting everyone clean. The kitchen was accommodating and preparing meals was a nice money saver. All in all we had a great trip.

Peaceful & Relaxing

Peaceful Vacation and Perfect Location

The house is located in a gated community which is very quiet and peaceful. It is very close to the beach and have a nice green yard view. The deck is spacious, beautiful and has cover. I really enjoy seating on the chair there with my little one. We will definitely come back for future vacations. Thank you for the owner and property manager's help during our stay.

Hi Jim, This just came through to me. Did you contact the rental agency about the heat? Of course the house has heat and as far as I am aware we've never had an issue with heat in the last decade. Sorry I did not get this sooner to address. Same with the TVs. They should have all been working, they were working the week before and the week after. Thanks for letting us know.

Great Stay. Wrong Key.

The house is wonderful. The kids were able to do their school work and then head to beach to play. The house came with boards that my kids loved to ride waves. Only issue was rental company gave us one key for W and one key for E. And paperwork did not include unit number. We guessed incorrectly and as Sunday no way to reach the office. Luckily as October no one in other unit and when I got in touch with agents Monday they said we could stay where we were as it was their fault for giving us a key for W when we were to be in E. (Joy of Flying is W and M&M is E apparently). House was good with almost anything we needed in kitchen;

Sorry about the key issues. We have changed rental agencies and we now have electronic key pads for ease and convienence.

Great location

Owners were super responsive and everything was as described. We have been Holden Beach visitors for years and this property location is outstanding. Very little traffic and quiet beach. Thanks for a great visit!

Lovely condo!

Really liked condo set up, worked out great for adult children & their families to have their own space. Well stocked w/kitchen accessories. Overall very clean, some touch up paint needed here & there but think that's normal wear & tear with families coming & going. Contacted owners several times with questions/recommendations about the area as this was our first trip to Holden Beach. They were very helpful. If we return to Holden Beach in the future would definitely like to stay here again!
