First Time renting with Southern Vacations

Everything was clean, instructions were accurate for entering the property and people in the building very nice. We were pleased with the condo, comfortable bed and stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal prep for the week. We will be renting again, we loved the property!

Perfect Location

This is my go to beach location. Third time staying at this property. Perfect for relaxation, adult only or families. Beach isn’t crowded here and views are fantastic from all angles. Highly recommended this property!

Sunny Pensacola Beach Vacation condo

Great 1 Bed/1Bath perfect for our needs and very clean. Had a great balcony with nice chairs. Had kids sand toys and pool noodles available. You will need to bring all your own kitchen staples such as foil, sandwich bags, etc. We have flagged it for our vacation next year.

All the Views!!!

We loved our stay at Regency Towers. This condo unit has the best oceanfront views from living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom! Everything was as described. Very clean and well stocked. Close walk to the beautiful sugary white sands. We had our bikes so we were able to ride downtown to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach decor vibes. Would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful unit.

Regency Condo 403 West

The floor to our condo was not clean. The view from front door was the top of floor 3 which was green stained. The entrance to the condo was dirty and rusty. The condo inside was mostly clean. Could see old food between the stove and counter that ran down from previous renters. Only one roll of toilet paper. No salt and pepper or cooking oil or spray. The bed wasn’t comfortable to me but spouse was okay with it. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Won't stay with Southern vacation rentals again.

No where on the website did I see that the property was going to be under construction.I asked them if they thought I would drive across country and pay for a beach front condo if I couldn't use baloney .They say it was stated on site. I never saw it and no they did not send me an attachment they say they sent that told me that .Oh they sent me a message saying that one week before I arrived at this location . I will steer clear of there services .
