Un superbe studio équipé d’un lit escamotable queen-size, d’un canapé-lit queen-size et d’un climatiseur de fenêtre, le tout à quelques pas seulement de plusieurs miles de plage de sable fin. Vous apprécierez la cuisine et les meubles de rangement parfaitement entretenus. Dégustez votre café sur le balcon ou descendez à la piscine tout en admirant les baleines et les bateaux au loin. Un logement exceptionnel dans un complexe hôtelier exceptionnel. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins en matière de cuisine et de barbecue. À proximité de tout : observation des baleines, plongée avec tuba, plongée sous-marine, randonnée, vélo, surf, stand-up paddle et restaurants. Le complexe dispose d’une piscine, de barbecues, de tables de pique-nique, de transats et d’un accès extrêmement facile à des miles de plage de sable fin. Juste à côté, vous trouverez une sandwicherie et un bar, ainsi qu’un bureau proposant des activités et la location de matériel. Profitez d’une soirée de détente en prenant un verre.

Le Maui Ocean Center, situé à proximité, ainsi que tout ce que Maalaea a à offrir, ne sont qu’à 4 miles en voiture. Cet emplacement à Kihei est également proche de tout ce que Kihei, Wailea et Makena ont à offrir. L’un des rares appartements en bord de mer du sud de Maui. À moins de 20 minutes de l’aéroport.

L’appartement est bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine et en appareils électroménagers ; nous fournissons également :
- des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, un parasol, désolé, pas de matériel de plongée avec tuba,
- un kit de produits de toilette suffisant pour un court séjour,
- un kit de départ comprenant de la lessive, du liquide vaisselle, du produit pour lave-vaisselle et des produits d'entretien pour la cuisine,
- une cafetière à filtre et un peu de café pour bien commencer votre séjour
- du linge de maison, des serviettes, etc.

We arrived in Maui in March, just ahead of a huge, hurricane level storm. We tried to cancel our stay, but the rental agency was not cooperative. Thirty minutes after our arrival in the condo, the electricity went out for 48 hours. There were no flashlights in the condo. We were able to borrow flashlights from a neighboring condo. When I tried the contact number listed for the owner, as well as a number given to me by the manager of the condo, I connected with a man who claimed to know nothing about our building or situation. Our four days on Maui were a disaster, with no support from the company who owns this building.

Great location. Easy Access! Clean Unit

Great spot for touring the island. Easy to get to Maui Brewing, Hikes, Shopping. Great beachfront location for walks and runs. Parking underneath is safe and secure.

Beautiful walking beach!

The property was clean, cozy, with well kept grounds! The unit has all the amenities that you would need and more! The traffic noise is the only deterrent! We appreciated the welcome gift and the basic essentials that were left! Mahalo!

The room was clean. Loved the washer and dryer! The building was right on a small beach. It was a bummer that my room backed up to the highway or road as it was super noisy from the cars. I slept with my noise cancelling headphones on and all was good.

Good location

The place was nice but it could use a deep cleaning. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and living room carpet were old and worn, and the pillows should be replaced. But it was a good location and it was nice to be a few steps from the beach.

this place is very nice but very small. read the listing carefully! maybe it was in there, but we were very surprised to find a small murphy bed in this very small studio condo! when the bed was down it was always a 'dance' for us to maneuver around the room.

Great Location

Property was exceptionally maintained for its age. Since we were out and about every day we didn’t get to spend much time at the property other than to sleep there. Pull down bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and air conditioner was ok in keeping the room at a temperature just low enough so we could sleep. The AC probably could have used a tune up as the maintenance LED was lit and it took some time to get the temp down to a comfortable level. There was a slight musty smell to the living room/studio which was probably attributed to the AC. The place was quaint and had all the amenities you would expect a vacation rental would have. We ran into friendly guests who vacation there annually and they had plenty of great recommendations on what to do and where to go. Location was excellent since it was in the middle of all our activities that we had planned during our stay. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the mega resorts but close enough to drive to when we wanted to get a nice dinner or do some shopping. Underground parking garage was great and gave that extra level of comfort knowing our rental vehicle was secure. The price was a great value since it came in lower than the resorts and other properties with similar amenities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Condo is not Beachfront, is it Busy Roadfront

While the interior of this unit was mostly as described, a significant detail has been left out of the description. It is not Beachfront. While the complex is, this unit is in the back with a partial ocean view. The patio overlooks a very busy road leading from Kihei to the main road to Kaanapali so it has heavy traffic from cars and trucks at all hours of the day and night. There is nothing peaceful about this unit, particularly the balcony. Further, this is not a "resort". While the name of the complex has the word resort, it is an extremely dated condo/apartment complex. There are no amenities beyond the pool. In over 40 years of travel, this is the first time that I was compelled to leave early and find another place to enjoy our vacation. The owner/agent was very slow to respond and the only credit that I received was a the booking fee from VRBO even though I left the unit 3 days early. The unit also was not very clean. There were gnats in the kitchen and the windows don't look like they've been cleaned for years. Book at your own risk but this is not the place to spend a relaxing vacation.

The pictures of the unit are from the unit. The guest was unhappy as the beach was not usable due to flash flooding that made the water murky and the extremely windy weather. While Kihei does have sun a very large majority of the time and the beaches are generally extremely clear, this guest did not encounter that and made a variety of claims to try and cancel their reservation early for reasons beyond our control.

We have stayed in multiple properties all over the United States and many in Hawaii state. We are former resident managers at a Sugar Beach property and have never stayed somewhere so poorly maintained. While the property itself was lovely, this unit was awful. As we opened the door, we were met with flooring that was lifting and separating due to an obvious leak at some point. A contractor actually appeared after we had been there for less than ten minutes and stated he was there to get measurements to replace the footr, but it had obviously been damaged for quite some time. The slider door never properly closed, which allowed howling wind in along with the expected traffic noise. The pillows were flat and filthy. I had to purchase pillow cases and launder all bedding prior to using. The mattress slipped each time we raised the bed so adjustment was necessary every evening. A cracked coffee cup greeted us in the morning, we left a note for the cleaner to get rid of. There was an open house on a unit two floors directly below, so we went to see and it was as if we walked into a new world. It was lovely and what we had expected from ours. We wondered if the owner or management company ever checked their units. The kitchen was poorly outfitted and not clean. We have photos and film of these issues. When a renter walks into a unit and met with the situation we were met with, it makes one not desire to rent there again. We feel ripped off for what we paid.

Clean unit

This is a clean unit that if you are looking for access to wonderful beach for walking or playing in the water - it is perfect! The unit bed folds down and is fairly comfortable, but will need to be lifted in order to use the chairs at the kitchen bar. The road noise during the day can be heard from this unit but not much traffic at night so opening to screen door can afford you to sleep to the sound of the surf. Washer and dryer in unit is handy for longer stay. Enjoyed the time!

Lovely Spot right on the sand

I was looking for a place to extend a week long yoga retreat. This was perfect! It has a Murphy bed (not a bedroom) but wasn’t an issue. You have an underground parking spot and you walk down to the beach in minutes. You can see the water from your lanai. Perfect for 2-3 people. Laundry and kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
