The place was very cute and had everything we needed from kitchen to beach stuff. We had an issue with one of the beds and within 30 min they had someone there to fix it. The pool was big and clean. Its a pretty short walk with a safe walking path to the beach. It is close to delicious restaurants as well.

The rental was the perfect size for our family to stay in for a late week Wedding event. Close proximity to the beach and all the events that we needed to attend.

Great space

This condo was all we needed for our trip. We had a family wedding to attend in New Smyrna. We had 2 adult children with us and had plenty of space. I love the decorations in the condo-very beach-y! The location was convenient to many nearby spots.

Great Weekend

We were celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation from UNF. We asked her to select a spot for the family to enjoy. To sum up the beach was awesome and not crowded, we had lunch at a tree house restaurant and dinner at a place called Garlic. It was a fun family celebration!

End of Summer Getaway

We had such a good time. Two tiny issues were that there were little ants in the kitchen on Saturday when we got up but we just sort of wiped them away. The other was that the bath mat that was in the Jack and Jill bath tub had not been lifted and it was habit for me to pick it up and check before filling for children. It was disgusting under it. Just FYI. I cleaned it no problem but it should never be left in the tub.

Had we known there was not going to be any coffee we would’ve brought some. Found the hairdryer thrown in a bathroom cabinet on top of a toilet plunger. With all the drawers and cabinets and other places why on top of the toilet plunger. Gross. We set the temperature at 71 and when we woke up, it was 67, why tell people to change the temperature when they leave if you are controlling it or it is already programmed. Did not like waking up cold. Other than that, the place was great

Sea woods

First the description of the home did not match what is exactly there. The lock box was not attached to the door upon arrival as this was in the email. The bathroom showers were dirty and needed cleaning. The dining table was very sticky also needed cleaning and an exterminator is needed after finding a roach in the kitchen cabinet. We were on a business trip, glad that I did not need to stay longer.

No AC

The house was warm when we walked in. We turned the AC down to 68 degrees, and felt it in the kitchen. However, the air never made it to the master bedroom. We were miserable hot all night long and barely got any sleep. When I approached the management company about it, they implied I was lying and then said "lol". Low professionalism and refused to resolve the issue. No apology until I asked for it, and then no credit back due to us getting absolutely zero sleep.

Need major upgrades and TLC!!!

- Jack & Jill bathroom had duck tape to hold the tub stopper. - Dryer released an excessive amount of lint and clothing was ruined. - air conditioning does not reach the master bedroom and had to leave ceiling fan on high. - sliding shower doors medal track part was left dirty. - freezer requires for you to fill up ice trays for use which were flimsy.
