My family was in town for a funeral for a few days. The location was ideal. The house was clean and as described. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. We were all able to have a bed and stretch out and not have to get a hotel. The host were amazing when it came to being accomadating when we arrived in town early. They let us check in early and the process was easy. If i had one recomendation it would maybe be to have some sort of table and seating outside in the back yard where we could be when wanting some fresh air and sunshine. I still highly recommend the property and would most def rent from them again.

This place was everything that I expected. The place is clean and the area is quiet. More importantly, the host was very communicative and attentive. I plan to return soon and I will book thos dpot ASAP.

This house is very comfortable and inviting. It met all of my family needs. There was plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet and well kept. The location was a plus, close to all our events, activities, shopping and restaurants we had on our itinerary. Will recommend to friends and family visiting the Jacksonville area. Communication with Oliver was very easy, he responded to me within a timely manner to address any concerns.

The home was clean and is in a nice neighborhood. Less than 15 minutes from everbank stadium. The host responded immediately to all of our messages. Will def stay again if in the area. Go Bills 🦬

Family weekend getaway

This guy place was perfect for our family. We were here for a sporting competition and it was a great location. The host was very accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

Perfect location

Very comfortable place with enough room for 4 adults to not be in each others way. Perfect location for our needs. Kitchen had everything needed.

Great stay

Overall was a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was as advertised. We did have one hiccup on the A/C not working properly but the owners were quick to resolve the problem. Thank you again for assisting with that, would likely stay there again in the future.

Comfortable & Cozy

The place was very pleasant and comfortable. My family & I enjoyed movie night on the big sofa. This place had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend staying here.
