Beautiful 4 Bedroom Lake Home just minutes from Beaches and Mayo!
Come and enjoy a spacious and peaceful stay at this charming recently updated home! We are just 10 minutes from the beach, St. Johns Town Center, & 5 minutes from the Mayo clinic. We are in the middle of everything but it feels like the countryside with a lake in the backyard and beautiful trees surrounding the home! Our beds are extremely comfortable, and the calming back porch overlooking the lake is a wonderful way to wind down and relax. Come enjoy your home away from home!
Welcome to your home away from home at our peaceful retreat! We have 3 bedrooms and a loft with a pull out couch.
-Master Bedroom is well appointed and has a very comfortable King Bed with Master Bath.
- 2 Queen Bedrooms with **Casper** Mattresses!
- Upstairs Loft has a leather pull out couch with a queen bed.
-Fully Stocked & State of the Art Kitchen!
We have a screened in back porch for you to enjoy the beautiful nature in the back yard. Watch the geese swim along in the little lake, the turtles bathe in the sunshine and the frogs serenade you in the evening. As we are centrally located, you can easily come and go doing all the different activities you love to do in Jacksonville. We are just 5 minutes from the beautiful Castaway Island Preserve where there is a public canoe launch and plenty of parking. There is a Publix along with many other food options and restaurants within a 2-3 minutes drive. We have everything you need for a relaxing time in Jacksonville.

We are a fun family of 6. I am originally from Gainesville Florida, but traveled the world with my missionary parents. My husband is Swiss and we do ministry, missions and non profit work overseas most of the year. I love running, swimming and painting in my free time and I love being outside near water. My brother and sister and their families all live in Jacksonville so we have our Stateside home here in Jacksonville so we can be near family whenever we are home. We love letting others use our home when we are not here and it should be a blessing to everyone staying with us!

We are in a safe, quiet, but central neighborhood. Jacksonville is very big and it is so nice to be close to the most important things.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
We have a spacious home which backs up to a little lake. We love watching the geese and turtles swim from our screened in back porch. There is enough space to spread out with an upstairs loft and pull out sleeper sofa. We are just 10 minutes from the beach, Mayo and St Johns Town center. The neighborhood is nice to jog, bike and walk in. There is a nature preserve about 5 minutes away where you can launch kayaks to go fishing.
