Three bedroom, two full bath 2nd floor unit with central air and spacious deck.
Bedroom 1 and 2 have full beds, with bedroom 1 having a private bathroom
Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with a full put out trundle as well.

Access to rear yard pool and hot tub, outdoor shower. Propane grill and bar area out back as well. Please note the backyard is a common area with the first floor unit. If common area cannot be shared in mutual agreement with first floor, alternating days off access will be arranged by owner. First floor is used by owner, mostly on the weekends.

South end of brigantine with somewhat long walk to beach. It is approximately 1500 feet to the beach path entrance at Ross Drive, then from the entrance to the water is an additional 2050 feet (approximately) to the water. You’re in the largest parts of brigantine beach.

Easy access to 4×4 beach (separate permit required from brigantine). Could walk or, park and walk, to jetty beach area and the inlet. Please see aerial photos.

Short drive or Uber to Atlantic City entertainment and dining, or enjoy Brigantine’s numerous offerings.
