PETS - Up to two dogs welcome (depending on breed) fee of $150-$250 applies.

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.

ELEVATOR - Available for elderly and handicap guests (fee of $35/n applies).

Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Primary renter must be present during entire stay.

Disclosure - There is a ring camera at the front door.

Cancellation Policy (applies only to reservations paid via Stripe): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
