This direct oceanfront condo is calling .This is the place for a real family vacation Topsail Island is being called the next Outer Banks .Quiet and pristine .There is nothing like walking on the beach early in the morning, catching the sunrise or sitting on your balcony ,having your morning coffee watching the shrimp boats go by ,catching what may be your dinner tonight or view of the dolphins splashing in the surf. And when was the last time you saw a squadron of pelicans gliding by tipping their wings on the waves. It is an incredible place to relax and bring down the blood pressure.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The pools are phenomenal and the restaurant was delicious The unit was very clean and comfortable and would stay there again.

Check-in was a breeze, and the host communicated all the details clearly before our arrival. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space and comfort. Our kids especially enjoyed the beach and pool area. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The complex has several pools and an on-site restaurant which we found very convenient. We could see the ocean and hear the waves from the balcony and had easy beach access just across the pool area. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. The condo could use some updating and is beginning to look a little worn, but everything was functional. The kitchen had the basics but it would have been nice to have a larger coffee maker ( this one had only a 4 cup pot).

It's a beautiful condo. We have stayed at the Villa Capriani several times, and this was definitely one of our better experiences. The rooms and needs are comfortable, the decor is cozy, and the amenities are always top notch. Family friendly and relaxing. We had some noise 2 nights from the upstairs neighbors, but that had nothing to do with our host. Thank so much!

This is a great spot for an awesome family vacation. Not alot of people, good places to eat, and an awesome beach and pool.

The property manager was good at communicating back to us. The internet information listed in the unit was not accurate and never allowed us to link up to WiFi, even after asking for info from manager. The unit is very outdated and needs an overhaul on furniture, paint and overall update throughout. The beds were not made and no top sheet was found for master bedroom queen bed. I shouldn’t have to make the bed for the price I paid for this unit over a 3 night stay. Don’t plan on coming back to this specific unit, perhaps other units in this building are better

Misleading Listing – Needs Major AttentionThe condo was dirty, outdated, and cluttered with random furnishings. Plumbing didn’t work properly, wiring was unsafe, and there were no bath essentials or extra blankets. The air filter was the wrong size and installed incorrectly. Listing was misleading, and aside from the beach and pool, there were no activities. Would not recommend.

Family vacation

Beautiful property! Easy access to beach and pools! Great for my kiddos who like to go back and forth between beach and pool. Tony was quick to get back with us! Will be back!

Family-friendly, amazing location, pool and ocean can’t be beat!

You can’t beat this location on Topsail! The condo has access to amazing pool, the beach, and an on-site restaurant. We traveled with our 2 young kids and the ease of enjoying the water made it a great vacation. The condo overall was exactly what we needed, the space was big enough for the 4 of us, and the kitchen had the basics kitchenware to make breakfast/lunch at the condo most days. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived but we did notice some sand across the floors and hair in the showers. There are a few outlets not working in one of the bedrooms but overall it was nothing that hindered are enjoyment of the trip.

Great location

Location was very nice. View was fantastic. Property manager Tony was very responsive with the few woes we had. The condo was spacious. However, many updates needed. The front door locks but doesn’t catch tightly. Toaster, coffee maker, ripped comforter in master, rug not clean in bath. Really could be nice but cleaning crew needs to do a much better job. The property manager Tony has been made aware and was really on top of responding. Tony is planning to talk with owner concerning the updates as well as the cleaning crew.

Wonderful vacation

Property was fantastic. Greatly enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Very clean and well kept. Our condo had tons of extas like boogie boards and beach toys. Owner had great instant communication.

Awesome view

Actual condo great, neat, clean. Beautiful nighttime view of grounds from 3rd floor condo. Definitely plan to return for a longer stay. Grounds approach to condo sketchy. Exterior of Villa Capriani needs care (buildings are being resurfaced), especially the outside walls and concrete pathway as approach the dirty run down elevator. The pool (not heated!) and the one hot tub that was warm, were clean, inviting, and resort quality ie LOVELY. The restaurant was impressive; probably scratch. Good food. The host (Larry) was stellar. He was accommodating , accessible, and pleasant.
