Sugar Beach Resort #305

Beach Front Sugar Beach Resort. 3rd Floor, Ocean View Unit. Beautifully updated unit with sweeping ocean views. Enjoy all of the amenities in a clean, well-kept property. The entire complex sits ocean front, there are no roads to cross to get you onto the beach! 305 is mid floor resort living with views that go on forever. Unit is accessible via elevator or stairs.

The carefully chosen furnishings and decor in this updated unit will allow you to melt into 'Maui Time'. Dine on your lanai while watching the 'green flash' that can occur when the sun sets into the ocean. There are many green sea turtles swimming in the surf in front of Sugar Beach Resort, and magnificent humpback whales as they return each winter to enjoy their calving grounds in the Maui waters.

Enjoy walking the more than 5 Mile continuous beach every morning or evening. There are many pieces of lawn and garden furniture spread throughout the resort grounds and pool area. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is heated and kept between 80 - 85 degrees (one of the warmest and only heated pools in Kihei). 305 is part of Sugar Beach Resort which won Management of the year for 2011.

The Unit is very well equipped, it has all of the linens and towels that you will need. There are two cable TV's, one flat screen in the bedroom and a another flat screen in the living room, both have DVD players for movies. A stereo system with CD is provided, high speed broadband internet is available in the unit as well. There is a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, etc. Food is available nearby at: Costco in Kahului, while Kihei offers a Safeway, Food Land, Star Market, and a daily Farmer’s market.

We welcome you to our unit and hope you take advantage of our amazing location, please look at all of our photos, you can clearly see what the unit looks like and the excellent view!!!

We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach Resort! The unit was very clean and came with a great starter kit of amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent pods, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, spices available, etc). We also loved the beach items available to use - 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie board, beach towels, beach cooler bag. Loved being right on the beach and fantastic sunset views! We highly recommend the stay and would stay here again.

We have stayed in different units of sugar beach resort over the years and this rates as one of the nicest. Great view, excellent amenities, covered parking, and walk out access to the pool and the beach. Perfect for a week away!

Pleasantly surprised having never been to Maui before. This was 1 of 2 properties I narrowed down. The other was further NW & had 2 separate bedrooms & more expensive but wasn't needed when another couple wasn't able to make the trip. The view & ocean proximity of this unit exceeded that of the 1 we rented when we moved on to Kauai for the 2nd half of our vacation. The entire experience was effortless.

Check-in process was super easy ! Resort manager and Host were very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful updated unit with a breathtaking ocean view. Close to amazing golf courses and restaurants. Also, can walk out from resort to beautiful long sandy beach AND the best shaved ice in MAui. A great choice to stay when visiting the beautiful island of Maui. We will definitely be back!

My family had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. It's in a great location, has plenty of free parking, and a great pool and beach access. Kristi, the owner, is fabulous to work with and very helpful! We will absolutely stay again next time we visit Maui!

Zach and Kristi Poole bought this condo in March 2022. We also own/manage 2 other condos in this resort Penthouse 1 (property id 461914) and 108 (property id 242977).
Zach grew up coming to this property as a kid, and then in 2002 he married Kristi and they returned here for their honeymoon. We dreamed of owning a piece of this beautiful property one day. Then in 2008 we had the opportunity to purchase 108 and Ph1 with other family members and since then have been able to return year after year with our children having fun and frolicking about Maui.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is updated and is located in one of the best spots on Maui. The entire resort is oceanfront...no roads to cross to get to the beach...no large expansive grounds to get across to the ocean, you are essentially right there on the beach.

The pool at Sugar Beach Resort is heated and is kept between 82 to 84 degrees. There are very few heated pools in Kihei and Wailea.

The hot tub is a wonderful and there is a sauna as well.
