Property was beautiful. Pools, hot tubs, and ocean view was amazing! Splash by the Sea restaurant was extra ordinary. This place is one of a kind! Definitely will be back.

Just as described

We had a great stay at the Whale Hello There. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. With two under 5, it was great to have all the available extras we did not have to pack, especially the beach chairs and tent. My littles also especially loved the 3 ft pool as well as the "big" pool which were all clean with plenty of chairs to relax in.

Fun time!

We had a great stay! We only wish there was more lighting throughout the entire condo, more hangers in closet, and an additional chair or sofa to sit on! The extra items that were left for our arrival are so welcoming and nice to have! Communication was amazing :) Thank you! Hannah, Brendan and MJ had a great stay for our family reunion!

Best location in North Topsail for families with littles!

This was our first visit to North Topsail but, will sure not be the last! The beach, pools, and on-site restaurant serves a family well. Condo owner was great and had items needed for a toddler to keep him comfortable. She was very responsive to messages! We arrived in North Topsail ahead of schedule and she messaged us popular tot spot playgrounds. Even so late, she was responsive when the condos electric went out. She had the on call maintenance staff assist us in getting power back on in just a few hours!

Not what we expected

This condo is in a great location with nice pools and beach access, but we did not have a good experience in this unit. The listing said that body wash, shampoo, conditioner, suction cups for swimsuits, and all linens would be provided, but this was not the case even 24 hours after contacting the owner. The futon and air mattress had sand all over them, the mattress for the pullout couch had a huge urine stain on it, the bathroom soap dispenser was filled with water, the bathroom sink was completely clogged, the shower was filthy with sand and hair leftover from the previous guests, the boogie board listed as being provided was actually broken, and there were no sheets or blankets provided for the pullout couch or the air mattress, which we needed to use for our family of five. We stayed one night and then chose to leave early—super frustrating and disappointing trip.

Wonderful Condo

The condo is nice and the property is excellent. The items provided by the owners were really nice and the condo was very clean when we arrived. The pool areas are excellent but could use more tables and chairs, because no one follows the rules stating "No reserving tables or chairs" and they were all occupied with stuff by 6am, despite the pool not opening until 9am. While I understand there's almost nothing the owner's can do about it, it makes an otherwise very enjoyable stay a bit less enjoyable. The only other issue is the extreme lack of parking at the property itself. It was nearly impossible to find a parking spot anywhere but in the lot across the street and having to cross with traffic going 50mph isn't exactly ideal. Again, nothing the owners can do, but something that made the stay a little less than wonderful. The restaurant on site was nice and the food was pretty good. Overall a very nice condo and an enjoyable stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I spent my summers in Topsail at my grandfather's beach condo and I have the fondest memories of North Topsail Beach. Now, I can create my own memories with my husband and daughters at the beautiful Villa Capriani!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with the natural light in our unit, as well as its proximity to our car (Less distance to travel with all of our luggage!), the entrance to the pool (directly above it!), as well as the restaurant for quick snacks and meals when we are too tired from our fun day at the beach and pool to cook! (Right down the hall). We love that we can bounce with our children from pool to beach, and then walk directly into the courtyard for the restaurant and grab some food! We are also a quick, scenic walk to the closest pier. We love early morning walks looking for seashells and shark teeth, night walks to check out the ghost crabs!, & star gazing on clear nights. Catching a glimpse of a dolphin or whale is sure to make your day! We love how close we are to so much, from mini golf, to yummy restaurants and ice cream in Surf City, to historical Wilmington for a day trip (great restaurants and river walk!). We hope you fall in love with North Topsail Beach just as much as we have !
