Welcome to Twickenham on 30A, a bright and tranquil 2-bedroom retreat in the Prominence community. Just steps from The Big Chill and minutes from Gulf Coast beaches, this luxury vacation rental offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Upon arrival, you’ll step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light, where designer decor creates an inviting ambiance. The living area flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to prepare meals for your family or group.

A cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying coffee or a sunset dinner and is a natural fit with the kitchen and living areas.

The two tranquil bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. The outdoor security cameras are only in operation when the property is vacant.

Love the location and the amenities included with the rental! Our kids love the golf cart and the bikes. We al enjoyed the sip and snacks that were waiting for us when we got there after our long drive! Steve was an exceptional post, even including extras like laundry, pods, dish tabs and extra trash bags were so helpful!Our puppies absolutely loved the little grass area behind the condo. It was perfect for our morning afternoon and evening walks! Super close to the pool and of course, the big chill! Cannot say enough great things about this condo!

Very Nice Property

The house was great, as were all the amenities included, like the kitchenware and beach toys and golf cart. The neighborhood was nice with a great pool and barbecue area and the entertainment area across the street was a nice benefit. The owner or property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. The only downside to this property is the beach access which you have to either drive to and fight for parking and/or hike a considerable distance. But overall a great experience as long as you go into it knowing the beach access challenge.

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. The place was exactly as advertised — no surprises, just what we expected from the listing. Everything we needed was already there, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear, which made packing so much easier. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. Steve, the owner was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We decided to extend a day and it was seamless. We’d happily book again!

Wonderful Stay

After staying on 30a many, many times, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences. The unit was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed and more. We loved the proximity to the amazing pool as well! Steve was great and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thanks for an awesome stay!
