Beautiful getaway on Carmel Highlands close to Carmel but up far enough to be a mountain/ocean sanctuary. Hit all the buttons, clean, comfortable, secluded, fire pit out front, hot tub and grill in back. It was just what we needed.

This was by far our favorite vacation rental ever! We surely hope to return. Ocean views were better than expected. We could even hear the crashing waves.

Amazing Spot in Carmel

Absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect, peaceful location close to everything you need. Every detail was thoughtful, and the hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of 4 and had anything you could need for cooking. The beds were comfortable and nice bedding. We really enjoyed sitting on the front deck with the fire pit. I would love to book another trip to this home in the near future

The hot tub was very clean. The house was very cute! We had access to park our vehicle in the garage! We came down here to get married and the host was very nice and generous in letting us send our flowers here the day we arrived and also letting my mom and myself getting ready here! What a beautiful property in an ideal location. Minutes from hiking and downtown Carmel. The house itself is beautifully decorated and boosts ocean views. A perfect getaway!

Cozy and comfy Carmel highlands

Wonderful property in the Carmel Highlands. Easy access to Point Lobos and Monterey/Carmel. Home was clean with proper amenities and a very nice kitchen. The fire pit was great and there were nice views of the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

House and neighborhood were very nice, with some water view from front main living area and master bedroom, as well as from front patio/deck with fireplace. Met owner/host whom was very friendly. Enjoyed the neighborhood walk to the opening between 2 houses to the bluff and beach below. Proximity was also very convenient to Point Lobos Park. Overall had a great visit.

Great location and perfect place for three friends to spend a week-end together. The beautiful interior and exterior and the fact it had everything we needed/wanted made us feel like it was designed just for us. Check-in and check-out was easy and the owner was great. We just wished we had one more day...

I cannot say enough great things about this property--the neighborhood, the layout of the house, the decor, the proximity to town, the beautiful surroundings--everything was amazing! The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, very relaxing, and just perfect for your stay in Carmel. Margot was wonderful and very helpful. Definitely book this place--you will NOT regret it!!

Beautiful home, great location!

This beautiful home met and exceeded our expectations for the long holiday weekend. This home is conveniently located to Carmel-by-the-Sea shops and dining, Carmel Beach, Mission Ranch, and of course great hiking all within just a short drive. The home has been tastefully renovated that delivers decor and amenities all on point! The beds were all very comfortable. We hope to visit this gem again soon!!

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and comfortable as advertised. There was a little more street noise from the highway than we anticipated, but it didn’t negatively affect our stay at all. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. She’s the best.

Delightful stay ....

Wanted a few days hiking and seeing the sights. The house was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for getting into Carmel, Point Lobos and surrounding areas. Note that, due to winter storms, the trail to the private beach is pretty torn up and the beach itself is covered in large boulder type pebbles! Notwithstanding that, we highly recommend this property.

Wife's birthday getaway

This place was amazing. We took this as a family getaway and the ambiance and the quietness was refreshing. The property was clean and the house had plenty of natural sunlight. The only downside I would say is that there is minimal cell phone coverage, especially trying to entertain 2 little ones but the wi-fi worked just fine. Communication with the owner was seamless and gave us full confidence to feel like we were home away from home. Definitely want to come back.
