House was comfortable and had plenty of room for our family group of 11. The patio, pool and dock were great and we spent most of our time there. It was a short walk to the beach and we walked to restaurants and shopping. We had good communication with the property manager.

We stayed at this rental the first week of June. It was a beautiful and clean property. There were 13 of us total, including some children. It was a great fit for us all. We loved the walkable distance to everything from the beach to dining to mini golf to the Pier. We had some issues with a shower drain not draining well and reached out to the host and they were very quick to get back with me and remedy the situation. In fact whenever I reached out to them about any issues or questions, they were very quick to respond and were very accomodating. Check in and check out processes were very easy. The pool table and dart board added more fun for the inside of the house and was a big hit. The swimming pool and patio outside was a hit and was a very nice relaxing area for the family. We were able to kayak in the canal but needed to wait until high tide so we could get in and out of the kayaks from the dock. Other wise, you can't kayak at other times of the day due to the fact that there is no ladder on the dock. Feed back was given to the host regarding this issue. Overall, this was a great experience and we would highly recommend this house and rental company.

Graduation weekend

Loved the location! Walking distance to Clearwater Beach, shops and restaurants! Sat on the dock with coffee every morning and swam in the pool every day! Great communication before and during our stay!

Great Beach Getaway

House was very nice and cozy. A ton of space and a ton of bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The pool and dock were gorgeous and a great place to spend time. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but if you want to get to the downtown it’s a 5-10 min drive. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back!

Wonderful time

Wonderful property loved it kids loved it grandkids loved it plenty of room although had trouble sleeping due to the ac in the bedrooms at end of house a few cleanliness issues but overall it was great the pool area is worth the money itself that makes the property

Great place for a group trip

Great spot for a large group or two-family vacation. The pool was lovely and still warm enough to swim without heat in late October! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to hang inside or out. We would've loved another couch or "comfy seating" in the TV room as we spent a lot of time playing games and watching movies in there, and we also would've liked the ability to turn the A/C down a bit lower too (it was locked to not drop any lower than 70), but all in all we'd definitely stay here again.

Great for a family of six adults to celebrate Christmas and New Year.Few small things in the house that need updates: Fan in entry-way bathroom; water pressure in kitchen was way too low; kitchen garbage track needs to pull out all the way; could have used more bath towels, we also suggest adding a fridge in the garage and a ladder off the dock - there was no way to kayak or paddle board w/o that - however, overall it was a beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable (It's so nice how each bedroom has its own bathroom!) The outside area was perfect! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat! This is our second year staying for the holiday with Beach Time Rentals, and we have really enjoyed the customer service and homes! Thank you to the team!
