5 minutes to the beach! Family friendly Sea Colony beach condo

Our condo has a master bedroom (1 queen), guest bedroom (2 twins), a den with a sleeper sofa and a closable pocket doors to make it a 3rd bedroom, a loft with 3 twin beds and two full baths.. The unit has a Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, disposal, coffee maker and other basic kitchen equipment. Utilities are included as well as free wi-fi throughout and cable TV. Several of our outlets have USB ports for phone charging. We have included several kid friendly items including a booster seat, pack n'play, training potty, portable bed rail, toys, games, and books.

Our condo is on the West Side of the Sea Colony property which is ~0.5 miles to the private beach. The Sea Colony has 3 trams that take tenants from the West Side to the beach side. It's about a 5-10 min ride and there is a tram stop right outside the condo. The tram runs all day at very frequent intervals (there is an app you can download to follow the tram). There are several outdoor pools in the community including one that is a 2 min walk away from the condo. There are 2 indoor pools (one in Edgewater house on the beach side and one in the fitness center about 5 min from our condo on the West Side) for rainy days. The tennis facility is about an 8 min walk from the condo. There are several playgrounds and tennis/pickleball courts around the property. The town of Bethany is less than 1 mil from Sea Colony and has a boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf, etc. There is a small shopping center about 0.5 mil from the condo with restaurants, surf shop, ice cream shop, and bike rental.

THINGS TO KNOW Note:
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages four years old and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory to access the pools, recreation facilities AND the Sea Colony private beach. For the 2023 Season Guest Badge Fees are:

These fees are NOT included in the leasing amount to VRBO. You pick up and pay for the guest passes upon arrival.

A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: Two unassigned parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis with badge purchase. Vehicles must not be taller than six feet, including roof-top carriers.
