Welcome to our beautiful updated condo. Enjoy gazing up and down the coast of Seaside steps from the promenade. With a location right on the Seaside Promenade and two blocks south of Broadway, you can easily take a walk or bike ride to friendly eateries, antique stores, souvenir shops, and family-friendly attractions. Our condo feels both breezy and cozy, with large picture windows and fireplace. The entire condo has been totally renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances, new floors and gorgeous bathrooms. Fully stocked with all you need. Your home away from home!

The perfect summer getaway

We loved our stay. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching people spend time on the beach.

Exceptional condo!

Condo unit was in great condition, very clean, pictures were accurate. Location is perfect 3 min to main downtown area of seaside. Communication was great with owner. View was stunning. We will totally stay here again!

Beautiful view

We stayed at this property for 4 days and loved it! The view outside on the balcony was so beautiful. The condo was so nice and comfortable and had all the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

What a View!

The view from this condo is amazing! It made me so happy every time we walked in! We drove and hiked along the Oregon Coast and went to the Tillamook factory in on day. We had both of our dinners out on the porch while the sun set. Everything in the condo is updated and new and so nice! There were a few housekeeping issues that were easily solved the first day but kind of annoying for how nice the condo was.

Perfect location

This condo is great. Not only is it newly remodeled, it sits in the perfect spot along the Seaside promenade. The pictures from the balcony have not been edited. You can see the entire expanse of the massive beach. You can literally walk to anything you need within minutes (grocery, tons of restaurants, shops
) The promenade, which spans the length of the beach, runs right along the property. The master bed mattress is extremely comfortable. Our host gave us a linen refresh midweek and was available for any questions. We will be recommending this gem to our fellow Arizonans looking for a getaway to escape the summer heat!

Wonderful!

Nancy's place is fantastic! Communication was great. You can't beat the location; literally walking distance to everything. The view is gorgeous. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Beds, including sofa bed and murphy bed, were very comfortable. Nice touches like coffee pods, cozy blankets, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach get away

Great amenities and location paired with an amazing view. Our host Nancy was polite and professional while remaining attentive to our needs. We only stayed a couple of days and wished there was more time at this amazing location. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

We had a great vacation in Seaside. The huge picture window and large balcony patio overlooking the ocean were my favorite part of the condo The condo was newly renovated and it felt like staying at a friend's home including so many personal decorating touches. It was nice having two full baths, murphy bed and sofa bed. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The close proximity to prominade made it easy to access restaurants and shops, as well as enjoy walks along the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Is Five Stars Enough?

We had a wonderful experience. Let me count the ways. First, the unit is comfortable and offers a magnificent view of the ocean. Second, the location is great, a five minute walk down the promenade from the main shopping and dining area. Third, communication from the owner was clear, concise, and timely, making check in/out simple. And, finally, coffee was provided! Not just coffee, but coffee however you like it! There was a coffee maker, a Kuerig, a grinder, and a French press, take your pick! That's what I call a well furnished rental.

Near everything with a wonderful view

Wonderfully clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. A short walk down the promenade to Broadway where all the happenings are happening (including the car show we came to see). Close enough to go out after dinner for Gelato, but just far enough not to feel like we were trying to relax in the middle if all the people. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. Heidi

Tasteful and comfortable

This condo was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Seaside. It has windows and a balcony directly facing the beach and provides great views of the waves, the Promenade, and sunsets. Despite being in an older building, the condo itself is newly refinished in great taste and comfort. It's totally comfortable for a couple and its kitchen is well enough equipped for foodies like my husband and myself, who feasted on homemade rack of lamb one night and crab pasta another. We'd love to stay here if we return to Seaside next Fall.

Retirement / Any other reason for vacation at the beach?

This property was spotless when we arrived, beautiful. We absolutely loved it! We did have fits with the sliding screen door, but we kind of fixed it a little by the time we left, no problems at all. There was nothing we needed that was not available. We even brought our own skinny Keurig, well, there was already one waiting for us! Will definately visit again - thank you Nancy!

Loved this Seaside Getaway

We feel so fortunate that this lovely suite was available for our two day visit to one of our favorite spots for watching the sunset on the incredible Pacific Ocean. The Promenade is the place to be on the beach.
