OCEANFRONT - Charmant condominium au 4ème étage, avec vue imprenable sur l'océan! Balcon donnant sur la célèbre promenade et à quelques pas du chemin de la plage, ce condominium est parfait pour une escapade à la plage. Les restaurants et les magasins se trouvent à deux rues au nord et, bien sûr, de la plage. juste des pas tout droit. La chambre a un lit King avec une télévision à écran plat et la salle de bain principale a un combo baignoire / douche. La deuxième salle de bain est commune à la salle. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un lit Queen Murphy et un canapé-lit double, une télévision à écran plat avec flux NetFlix, des jeux, des livres, des DVD et une station d’accueil pour iPod. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un lave-vaisselle. Mobilier d'extérieur pour votre plaisir sur le balcon pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place disponible pour les clients au rez-de-chaussée. Parking pour 2 véhicules. À distance de marche de presque n'importe où en ville. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. NOTE: CECI EST UNE PROPRIÉTÉ NON-FUMEUR. VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS FUMER DANS LES CHAMBRES, SUR LES BALCONS, LES ESPACES COMMUNS OU LES PATIOS.

It was the best place ever we have always stayed in the Best Western Plus we are Platium members there but the view was the most amazing every morning waking up to the beautiful ocean and the place was very quiet. We will be staying with you for now on.Thank you again

Deck was our favorite place. It was such a great location. Neighborhood had a few homeless but that's life these days. Only negative was unit could really use new carpet.

The location of this place is its best feature. It’s right on the Promenade and very close to the turnaround and Main Street. Very easy to deal with management.It’s an older building and a little weathered, but inside condo was very nice and spacious, well stocked, and everything worked fine.

The view was to die for!. The unit was made up very nicely when we arrived.The unit was well lived in and was in need of a good updating. The sofa was old and worn but comfortable none the less. The patio screen door was very difficult to slide which made it very cumbersome. The table on the patio was rusty with pieces of rust starting to flake off. The patio furniture (plastic Adirondack chairs) were not very comfortable. The smart TV was very difficult to figure our even with the directions provided by the owner. You couldn't open up the windows and patio door in the evening because of the numerous beach fires next to the dunes, being used at the same time. At one time we counted 15. The smoke was thicker than a forest fire so you couldn't breath with windows and doors open. Very disappointing since in the hot weather that was present, there really wasn't any way to cool down. The unit did not have any fan for use to cool down with. The nice big parking lot across the street was a win. The lot close to the condo's was very small and cramped to say the least. Walking the Boardwalk each day, several times, was the high lite of the trip. The price for the unit was about right for what was offered and the state of the units repair. If the owner too the time to update everything they could ask for much more. We won't be back but that isn't to say you shouldn't give it a try and stay here. Others might not be as critical as us. Over all we enjoyed the stay.

A very pleasant experience. We are an elderly couple and not always able to go on long walks. The location of this condo is perfect close to everything and a balcony with an awesome view. Be sure to pay attention to all messages from management. Info contains room number and key code. Highly recommend!!

You can’t beat the location. One minute walk to the boardwalk and under 3 min to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely stay-we will be back! Thank you!

This is truly the best place that we've ever stayed in the 20 years we've been coming to Seaside. The owners have all the comforts that anyone can ask for. The view is breathtaking, a million dollar view for sure. The living room is wonderful, with a huge beautiful Samsung TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and the bathrooms, yes 2 of them, are great. The bedroom has a king size bed and a combination TV/DVD player. Just a few blocks from Broadway and all of the action, including rides, miniature golf, arcades, fascination and every kind of restaurant that you could want. You will not go wrong with Beach Club Condominiums. Vrbo was super easy to deal with.

Great - Pictures don’t do it justice

This place was great, better than the pictures. Incredible views, great location. Only negative is the walls seem very thin and it’s easy to hear your neighbors. We would happily rent it again.
