The apartment is spacious and boasts many amenities to include a 65" smart tv, wifi, well-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and a clean, cozy, and stylish atmosphere. All the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and quaint shops of Elmwood are only walking distance (2 blocks) away.

I recently stayed at this property at the end of December with a group of eight, and the accommodations more than met our living and sleeping needs. The unit offers a functional, comfortable space with a fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen.Prior to check-in, the host contacted me and was extremely helpful in preparing for our stay. They also reached out upon our arrival and again after our departure, and were consistently hospitable and responsive.The location offers ample street parking due to its corner lot, which was very convenient. If I return to Buffalo, I would definitely inquire about this unit’s availability again

Great location

Stayed for the Buffalo Marathon and the location was perfect. Plenty of room, tons of linens, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware which made life easy when preparing meals.

Comfortable, well stocked

My kids and I felt very much at home in Jessica’s place. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and all the necessary kitchen items. Games and TV were a hit and so were the bunks. I enjoyed the character of the home and exploring the neighborhood. I walked to the Knox mansion and the amazing Butter Block bakery.

Comfortable Stay

The apartment and surrounding area was very comfortable and inviting. Sitting on the porch as well as playing board games were the favorite activities while we were at the unit. Friendly passersby’s were a common occurrence and added to the overall ambiance.

Best Stay Ever!

Staying here was more like staying at a friend’s house - from the friendly communication to the amenities. The house was spotless, beds super comfortable, and kitchen appointed with everything a family could possibly need. Even the bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner AND a high-end flat iron and blowdryer. Plenty of towels and extra bedding, too, should you need it. The space was beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 6; we were grateful for the board games graciously provided, too, No issues at all with WiFi or entertainment system, either. The neighborhood was beautiful with really great places to eat within walking distance, and only a 20-minute drive to Niagra Falls. Parking was easy to find. The hosts were so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Can’t wait to return in summer!

Checks all of the boxes!

As a fellow VRBO owner, I often find myself extremely underwhelmed when renting other homes. I would have to say this property exceeded ALL expectations. I have the bar set pretty high with rentals and this unit did not disappoint. Not to mention the amazing location, walking distance or short Uber ride to literally everything you may need during your stay. Super safe and quiet neighborhood too. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. The house was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival and was equipped to meet every one of our needs to feel at home. I highly recommend booking this rental, you will certainly not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful older home in immaculate condition, including a modern kitchen. We found it to in very clean condition and had everything we required. Would certainly stay there again, especially if travelling with a larger group, including kids.

Nice place for a visit

Property is as advertised. Solid location. Lots of space with good sized bedrooms. Very clean. Some noise is audible from upstairs occupants. No complaints - would stay in again.

Fun in Buffalo

We had an amazing time in Buffalo and Niagara Falls! We absolutely loved the property that we booked. It was a beautiful neighborhood and the apartment/home was awesome! The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were top notch. The hosts were very responsive and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone that is traveling to the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Great location

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was in a wonderful neighborhood close to everything we needed to get to. The house was clean and pleasant and the check in and check out process very simple. The hosts are attentive without being intrusive. I would stay here again.

Great location within walking distance to local eateries instead of national chains; short drive to other attractions to include Niagara Falls. The house was exactly as advertised and the communication with owner was fabulous. They were actively engaged in make our stay delightfully positive.

Great for families and larger groups

House was very clean and well stocked with all linens and kitchen and bathroom essentials. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots/pans, spices, K cups, etc, which was very nice. Property manager was attentive and helpful. Nice, quiet street very close to Elmwood Ave.
