Has fold out table and chairs inside or a sitting area outside with Grill. Outside Griddle with Air fryer. Comes with soaps and shampoo. Bathing Towels and Beach towels. Iron and Ironing board. Clothes Drying Rack. A.C. And Internet. Less than 5 mins to restaurants and stores. Home sets on a 4 acre lot very private.

The setup is a bit weird as the suite is on the back of the host occupied home. Also there is no kitchen which is weird. but lots of privacy. Squeaky bed and sulfur well water. The host was present in the pool area a few times during our stay cleaning and what not which we didn’t expect.

Comfy, and fun

We loved it. We had so much fun in the pool, and there was room for everyone. The kitchen isn’t quite a kitchen without a kitchen sink. There are plenty of kitchen appliances, though. Grilling out was fun too.A bonus was getting to feed the fish and turtles in the pond.

Small but cozy

I was here for about five days and the pool was very big and beautiful. I loved the screen protection around the whole back entrance, cause it prevented bugs from coming in. The beds were very big, which was amazing. The living room had everything stocked up from napkins to pots and pans to forks and knives, so it was nice knowing that I didn’t need anything because everything was all included and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels, as well as a very pretty shower. I loved the neighborhood, very quiet and close to all the essentials such as gas stations, restaurants, and markets.

Relaxing oasis

We came in for a festival for 4 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Rob was very communicative and accommodating. Waking up to swim every morning was a treat. Feeding his 9 full size koi everyday was so peaceful and relaxing!! The pool overlooking the pond is a great view. We spent a lot of time sitting at one of the outside tables enjoying the peace and beauty!! The neighborhood is higher end and quiet. No drama or chaos. It’s only about a 13 uber ride to the speedway!! The place itself is very cozy. We loved the character of the place. Beds were comfortable and well dressed. Plenty of towels!! Kurieg is always a plus!! We will definitely stay here again!! If you have any questions, just call Rob. He’s more than willing to help!!

Nice, quiet, clean

Stayed for 2 nights with some friends. The rooms and space is attached to the main house where the owner lives, but they are quiet and respects privacy.The unit is clean with 2 king size beds and a pull out couch mattress. The only downsides were the rooms are a bit dated and the pool isn't heated.

Great location

Our overall stay was wonderful. Peace and quiet, close to shopping areas and the beach. The host, Rob, introduced himself to us and was very informative on things to do close by. Definitely recommend and will surely stay again.

Wanted to Stay Longer

We had such a great stay at this condo! It was crisp and clean, comfortable, and Mr. Rob was super cool with our 18+ kids enjoying the pool and pond. Only problem i have with the trip was i wasn’t staying longer to enjoy the comfort and amenities!! I highly recommend!!!!!! Thank you, Mr. Rob.... we will definitely be back!!!!!

Pleasant little getaway

Overall the property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely a property I would book again. The property manager was very cool and laid-back. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Five stars no doubt.

Perfect for us!

We needed a place to attend a celebration of life for a dear friend and needed some privacy to work on thoughts. This place was perfect. The pool with waterfall was awesome and provided the backdrop we needed. Bedrooms were lavish although a chair and valet for luggage would be a suggestion for improvement. We had use of both bedrooms so not a problem. Owner very congenial and we would love to come back if in the area again. Convenient to airport, shopping, and beaches yet tucked away from hustle and bustle.

Great location

We loved the location, close to beach, restaurants, and speedway cause we were there for Jeep Beach 23. Rob was very helpful if we needed anything. The suite was stocked with whatever you needed. Great place to stay we enjoyed it.

Excellent property

Very nice place. My parents and I stayed here for the Daytona 500. Only ten minutes to track and close to beaches. Pool looked very inviting even though we didn’t use it. We hung out in pool area most of our stay. Very relaxing. Exceptionally clean.
