Cette maison de 1000 pieds carrés a été rénovée en 2017.
Mon pÚre et son pÚre ont vécu aprÚs leur retraite à New Smyrna. Avec env. 1. 5 acres de propriété il y a beaucoup de parking et de bains de soleil.
AccÚs invité
Il a un grand 75 X 10 projeté dans la piscine / couverte partielle à laquelle vous avez partagé l'accÚs avec les autres clients actuels des 2 autres maisons sur la propriété.
Ma place est Ă  3, 5 miles de la plage, Ă  environ 1 heure de Disney World, Universal Studios ou Kennedy Space Center. (Les lancements de fusĂ©es sont excellents depuis la plage de New Smyrna). De nombreux restaurants et restaurants, des activitĂ©s familiales, la vie nocturne et les transports en commun. Vous allez adorer ma place Ă  cause des gens, de l’espace extĂ©rieur et de la lumiĂšre. Mon endroit est bon pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Apportez vos vĂ©los et roulez tous les jours sur Main Street, Gym & Beach.

Il y a un Winn Dixie à environ 3 pùtés de maisons de la maison pour des besoins pratiques de derniÚre minute et de nombreux magasins à moins d'un kilomÚtre. La poste, les pharmacies et les banques ne sont qu'à quelques pùtés de maisons.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations! The property is Well cared for, and has everything you need for long stays, and then some..The Manager Kim is amazing and does an outstanding job, she always makes herself available if you need anything. The manager and the owner are good people. And have a wonderful place here. Just book it and find out for yourself.

Perfect location to get to Daytona

Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!

This is a quite place nestled in New Smyrna. It was perfect for our family and you can’t beat the price! I would definitely recommend!

Beach and Universal Orlando

Older home we’ll maintained. Teens loved the pool! The ability to have both the beach and the Universal Adventure within a reasonable distance of residence was “Great”! Host was available and responsive to all requests. Would happily stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet

The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen were especially nice. There was a place to eat outdoors by the pool. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great weekend Getaway for me and my girls

One week in New Smyrna

Came from Indiana for girls week and grandsons wedding. The house is a bit dated but nothing bad. Disappointed the solar was damaged by hurricane so pool was not heated. Kim, manager, was very friendly and helpful. Would probably rent again

We came down for the Daytona 500. It was the perfect place for 4 of us. The only minor complaint is it either needs an outlet in the small bathroom or a mirror in the second bedroom. Like I said
minor. Other than that it was great! Kim was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful rental beautifully decorated amazing pool. Wonderful caretaker absolutely perfect. Kim was amazing very attentive very helpful with local attractions. This is the second time. I’ve stayed on this property and my family and I will be back time and time again the pool is amazing. The house is beautiful it is so spacious. We stayed with five people and had a blast, I will continue to go to this property. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious with the separate laundry as well. We only had to pack for a couple of days. The shopping is great in this area, so are the nature tours and the beach you’re so close, but yet out of the hubbub , I recommend this property to single families as well as anyone else. Looking to stay in the new Smyrna area.

Upon arrival I was extremely disappointed in the overall appearance of this unit . In font of the house that appears to be poorly added on top was an older camper within feet from our door along beside an old outbuilding in a not so nice neighborhood. I never even went inside I was so disappointed with the exterior and surroundings. I found a beach front condo larger than this unit through a local vacation rental agency that was the same price as this unit. The owner was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee and non usage of power.

Perfect for us :)

Great location ! This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a couple friends over. Kim was so nice and got an extra table and chairs for us. 8 minutes to the beach and grocery store right around the corner. If you get a chance eat at Norwoods Treehouse and Blackbeards. Kim also mentioned a French bakery but we never made it 😱. The place is low key and very comfortable.

Home away from home

Great Stay

The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the beach and grocery stores were a short drive away. Gene, Tim and Kim are wonderful and work very hard to make sure you have a great stay and that you have all that you need. You are in good hands with them.

Gene was accommodating and helpful, the place is shared with other rentals on the same property but set up well that is doesn't bother you or other party’s. Over all a great experience and great price!
