We enjoyed our stay here. It was just enough room for 2 adults and 1 small child. Would recommend to a small family.

In perfect walking distance from bars and food. Clean and good for 1 or 2 people (couples). Quiet neighborhood.

Decent little place to stay in San Juan

It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly.

Amazing bnb for you and your family

This property was awesome. It is located a max 10 minutes from everything in San Juan. Getting rides in this area is very easy and fast. This room is walking distance from multiple nice restaurants and cafes. I have zero complaints about this place. I will 100% be staying here in my next trip!

Me and my husband stand here for our week trip in Puerto Rico and the location was perfect. It was about 10 minutes from everything which was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and definitely a great space for traveling couples. The host was extremely understanding for me and my husband when it came to our flight and checking in early. I would stay here again 100%

Birthday vacation

First I wanna start off by saying the neighbors were super friendly and helpful. I loved everything about this place super comfortable, most of the restaurants were walking distance so that was great. Only thing negative I have to say is That the water pressure in the shower was light. Besides that if your looking for a nice comfortable space for two book this place.

Couldn’t make it up

My stay was amazing. The host provided plenty of towels and accessories that was needed in the island cannot complain even came with sunblock, mosquito spray and stuff. I really didn’t pack up very welcoming and helpful. Overall an amazing stay and I will recommend anyone to stay there Location was quite safe plenty of parking room was really up to date

It was okay

Location : was great we were 10 minutes or less from everything Communication: The address was wrong and we couldn’t find the house for 30 minutes. The host did not answer their phone for the entire trip. SN: the WiFi was trash.

Great potential, bad communication, no parking

Outside- great proximity to mall, airport, and old San Juan; easy to find and access with given instructions; no dedicated parking; lots of cats and cat poop in the areaInside- Wi-Fi did not work the entire time even though I repeatedly told owner it was out; comfortable and well decorated after hunting down all of the mosquitoes found inside on first day; the exposed electrical outlet is hazardous; poor communication with owner;

Not good

Well sorry too say that its was not really pleasent the fist day check in was at 3:00 pm and i dint get the keys untill 5:30 when i got in its was not what i seen on line first door lock was not locking i fix it with a knife then the badroom faucet was broken liner was not clean the secound day there was no water theres no parking is not what you see on line so please dont rent this place

No satisfaction

They gave us wrong lock box witch was not even our unit had roaches and ants stove was disconnected ceiling paint was peeled off outlet plug did not have a cover , then they finally gave us the right unit and still had an issue with the ant they were supposed to go by and drop off spray for it and never did so I dint even bother contacting the owner me personally I don’t recommend it I have pics from the ants roaches and paint peeling
