Bring the family and find comfortable space with lots of room for fun. This 2-story home was built in 2022. It's in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Sioux Falls. Located just 10 minutes from the Premier Center & the Sanford Pentagon, it provides quick access to the airport, I-90, I-229 and downtown Sioux Falls.
Staying longer? You will quickly feel at home with the comfortable common spaces (upstairs & down), private deck & large backyard, 3 electric fireplaces, new appliances, and heated garage.

Great place to stay!

We had a group of adults in town for a music festival. The house is clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. The host answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Sioux Falls

Really nice place with updated amenities. Super hot weekend of baseball so it was great to come back to a nice cool place to relax and recharge. Plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids aged 11-16. Easy check in and super easy check out. Communication with owner was great. Even found a couple clothing items left behind and helping get those returned. Looking for a place in SF, book this one!

Holiday Retreat

This is the second year my family has rented this property over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or all group together for meals/games/opening gifts. The house was decorated and the host had a cute tree put up. This house has everything you need to cook, bake, and host. Joan and her husband are very attentive to your needs and we wanted for nothing. This has quickly become my favorite rental when in Sioux Falls. This was my 3rd or 4th stay and I hope to be back soon! decorated and had a tree up to make

Sweet Birthday Stay

This was an absolutely adorable getaway and stay for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We celebrated in the quiet community while enjoying the close proximity to the Falls and our favorite point in Sioux Falls, the Rausch Brothers monument.

Dad's 90th birthday family gathering

It was perfect location for our nephews who live in the area and for picking sister up from the airport. Having the sitting areas on two floors let some people play games and watch TV while others were on the lower level visiting.

Wedding

The property is new and beautiful! We stayed for three nights. The host lives next door. She was very responsive, there were no issues. The home was clean and had everything one could ask for. I highly recommend staying with Joanie and Lance. They are excellent hosts. Sioux Falls is a small city, everything is within in a short walk or drive.

Girls' trip for fun and relaxation

We live nearby and can respond quickly if guests have questions or a unique request. We want every guest to say that they enjoyed their stay.

It's a quiet, mature neighborhood. Neighbors know each another and look out for one another. There's off street parking for several vehicles, as well as that trailer, boat or super-duty pickup. Message Joan if you have questions about parking.

This house is happy when families are making great memories together.
It's also the perfect place to recharge when your group is in Sioux Falls for a sporting event, concert, or work.
If you have more than 10 in your group, let Joan know and she will prep a comfortable bed on the floor using a queen size, CordaRoy bean bag bed.
