This is a private townhouse with a huge backyard that includes a firepit, grill and seating area. Three spacious bedrooms with lounging areas. Unit does not have a living room space (3bdrm's that sleeps 6), two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen with spices, pots/pans, coffee brewing station, tea kittle, microwave and airfryer to make your own meals if desired. Also experience a day of shopping at The Tanger Outlets in Deer Park which is ten minutes away with seasonal ice skating, farmers market or taking in a movie is enjoyable. Close to all ocean beaches and state parks, cedar beach, Captree, Robert mosses, Sunken Meadow, Jones Beach to name a few. Absolutely no parties or large gathering are allowed in respect of my neighbors peaceful, quiet enjoyment. PLEASE DO NOT move furniture around the house!
