Good size house for family weekend in town. Property was very clean. Owner helped out with some access issues upon arival due to freezing.

Clean, comfortable, nice yard and parking! Could use a few more bath towels and measuring spoons but no complaints and will stay there again. Love the Dayton MikeSells and Ester Price - perhaps add Smale pretzels as a local Dayton treat! Thx!

The property was very nice. The backyard was fenced in so it was great for our pet. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean. The kitchen area was very nice. The washer and dryer in the basement was helpful. I would definitely stay in the home again.

The kitchens and bathrooms have been remodeled and they are absolutely lovely and very well done. We stayed for 3 nights and made good use of the kitchen so we truly appreciated how both functional and beautiful it is. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were well thought out. Should I return to the area, I absolutely hope the house will be available. The owners are to be congratulated on how well thought out everything is in the house. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful stay in a convenient location! The touches of Dayton history throughout really made it stand out, very comfortable and clean. Spacious backyard was great for the kids to run in. Great stay!

Historic Charm with Modern Comforts and Outstanding Hospitality

The owner was exceptionally accommodating, even adjusting to our schedule to allow an early check-in. The house itself is stunning—over 120 years old, beautifully remodeled, and filled with charming touches of local history throughout. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Rental

This property is very nice and clean. I was there with my 5 sisters and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very nice and comfy. The kitchen is wonderful. We would recommend this house to others.

Amazing!!!!!

The house is so beautifully decorated, super clean and well maintained. The beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen appliances are great. Kitchen was well stocked with some extras and we all appreciated the well stocked bathrooms. In a wonderful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We walked around the block with our young kids in the evenings and everyone was friendly and houses all well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!! Only thing I would add are some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The streetlights do shine into the rooms a bit even with the blinds down. Otherwise, 10/10!
