Luxury Penthouse in Hacienda de Mita Building 10, behind the gates in Punta Mita, with views of Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. Premier Golf & Beach Membership

This 3,500 sq ft condo has vaulted ceilings with a fabulous terrace for outdoor living. Gourmet kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Concierge, daily maid service (except Sun), and 6-passenger golf cart are included. Breakfast/Lunch cook and Dinner Chef available for additional cost.

This Penthouse has high vaulted ceilings with a fabulous terrace for easy indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is open to the dining and living areas. The huge outdoor terrace is furnished for comfort, with great views.

There are 4 bedrooms ( including a bunk room) and 4 œ bathrooms:
Suite 1 is spacious with a king bed, great views, access to the main outdoor terrace, and separate shower & tub
Suite 2 is also spacious with a king bed, great views, a small private terrace, and separate shower & tub
Suite 3 has two full beds and full bath
Bunk Room has an upper twin bed and lower full bed, with bath

The Premier Golf and Beach Membership provides access to two Jack Nicholas Signature golf courses, Tennis & Pickle Ball Center, and the Fitness Center (fees apply). Beach access includes the private Hacienda de Mita beach club, along with Kupuri, Pacifico, Sufi and El Surf Beach Clubs.

The 6-person golf cart is included for up to 6 guests.

The Hacienda de Mita HOA allows a maximum of 8 guests in the condo, regardless of age, and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are enforced.

Amazing unit in and a wonderful spot

We loved our stay in this penthouse unit. The 200 degree views were so nice to enjoy when we were not too busy at the beach clubs or playing golf. Highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.

Exceptional property and amenities

This is a beautiful family home which is perfect for a large family gathering. Beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped throughout, daily maid service and fresh towels (unusual for a non-hotel property), indoor and outdoor spaces for viewing sunrise and sunset. Access to multiple activities and beach clubs as well as restaurants and 5 star hotels.

Excellent Mexican Vacation

This was our 2nd stay at this unit in the last 2 years. Amazing property inside the gates of Punta Mita. Very well appointed penthouse unit with tons of space and creature comforts. Awesome views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding community. So much to do in Punta Mita.

Gorgeous Home

This home was the most beautiful decorated condo we have stayed at in hacienda de Mita . Every room is gorgeous! The cook is absolutely outstanding. The concierge is delightful. Home was stocked with our ordered food. We love all the different beaches you can go to. Dinner in town has exceptional choices. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful property, amazing location

The property was perfect for our family getaway to Punta Mita. The unit comfortably slept 8 people with on suite bathrooms with every room. The two master suites were enormous and luxurious, and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for entertaining. Location can’t be beat. Short walk into town through a private gate for those in the mood to walk, while the 6-person golf cart provided with the property allowed for all the beach clubs to be easily reached. Lastly, the concierge service provided with the property made booking airport transports, dinner reservations, private chefs, and activities a breeze.

Wonderful!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Hacienda de Mita! It is even more beautiful than the photos (which never really happens!). Everything was very clean, (the daily housekeeping is a game changer), beds were comfortable, all the appliances worked, and the proximity to pools and beaches was wonderful. The addition of the golf cart made the other beach clubs and going into town super accessible. Our concierge, Roxy helped us with grocery delivery and make reservations to play tennis. She was super professional and helpful. I hope we can come back again for spring break next year!

Our penthouse condominium has great views of the ocean and the golf course. Our high ceilings and extensive terrace make for great indoor-outdoor living. There are two golf courses, 10 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a fitness center behind the gates in Punta Mita for you to enjoy. Hacienda de Mita has a private beach club, and there are 4 other beach clubs to experience.
