This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located in Pasadena, CA. Only 10 minutes away from the Rose Bowl stadium!

It features a cozy living area with a flat screen smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen and workspace. This is your private condo unit and features two large bedrooms. The Master suite has a large queen bed and a futon for additional guests, and the Mini suite has a king bed. There are also two private bathrooms. A cozy space for everyone!

This condo is steps away from Colorado Blvd, which has tons of restaurants and shops. Approximately a mile away from the condo, in Old Town Pasadena, you will find restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Fleming's, and Urth Caffe. There are also an array of shopping and entertainment including IPIC Theater, Apple store, Crate and Barrel, and Nike store. The whole group will enjoy easy access to any activities from this centrally located place!

Nice stay

Stayed here for almost 3 weeks during our family vacation in Pasadena. Place was clean, spacious and located centrally in Pasadena. Host was responsive to queries. Overall was a nice and pleasant stay.

Affordable and great location

The condo is located in a great neighborhood with many nearby shops and restaurants. The management team is very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend them.

Spacious and good walkability

The location was perfect for visiting family and friends in Glendale and Pasadena. I enjoyed morning walks by PCC and Cal Tech. It is an older building showing some wear. The unit had been cleaned well, except for the carpet, which needs attention. Overall, a very pleasant visit!

Great location, but several issues

This property was a good size and good location. However, we were disappointed by the cleanliness and several other issues (for example, broken window blinds, non-functioning dish washer, non-draining sink). We felt like this property could have been amazing, but wasn’t being maintained properly. We sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Comfortable stay

We arrived in California on January 7 and got off to a rocky start with the high winds and fires in Pasadena causing bad air quality and some evacuations. We had to delay our move in because of this but the property manager was easy to work with and responsive. We appreciate the refund for some of our time missed. The location is excellent and we were quite comfortable. There are some issues with the property- dishwasher was broken when we arrived, curtains in some rooms were also broken, and an artificial Christmas tree was still there even though we moved in on 1/13/25. The kitchen is quite dated and needs some attention. We would consider staying there again because of the convenient location and proximity to where our daughter lives. I liked being able to walk so many places

Nice basic place

I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations. This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed. The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like in many hotels and that’s its main advantage (besides having separate rooms). Off-street parking is also nice. The owner communicated promptly and was very nice trying to make it convenient to us, they even prepared the place for earlier check-in in case we are early. The only minus is that they could’ve taken a bit better care like buy new window blinds, check the dishwasher before we found the leak. But still for the basic place - this is it. No regrets at all after staying here.
