The second bedroom offers the versatility of two sofa beds and includes a smart TV, ideal for accommodating additional companions. The thoughtfully designed kitchenette is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite beverages and snacks. The private bathroom is fully stocked with essential amenities, including body wash, shampoo, and fresh towels. Enjoy the stunning views of historic St. Augustine from your private balcony, complemented by the vibrant sounds of live music. Kindly note that this suite is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. Enjoy a little local perk during your stay! Guest Access:
Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessed through a secure coded entry system. Guests first enter the building, then use their code at the 'Pomar House Suites' door to access the upper floors. Upon reaching the second floor, guests will find their unit and use the same code for entry.

Easily walkable, the Historic District of America’s Oldest City is home to captivating Spanish-Colonial architecture and landmarks. Hop on the Old Town Trolley and spend a day visiting notable places such as the Castillo de San Marcos and Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth. The St. Augustine and City Gate Distilleries, San Sebastian Winery and Whetstone Chocolates all provide tasting tours and for those who love a good spook, check out the historic ghost tours of America’s Oldest City. Cross the Bridge of Lions and head over to the Alligator Farm Zoological Park and Anastasia State Park to immerse yourself in nature. Beach days come easy here—Vilano and St. Augustine Beaches are just minutes away, and with 4WD access, you can drive right onto the cinnamon sands and soak in the Atlantic breeze.

Our apartment's prime location in the Historic District allows for easy walking access to many local points of interest. For those looking to explore the beaches, a car is recommended. Guests can utilize the city's secure paid parking garage at 1 Cordova Street (subject to availability).
Other Things to Note:
- You’ll be staying right in the heart of St. Augustine’s beautiful historic district. Because space is limited here, long-term parking isn’t available at the property. However, you’re welcome to use the driveway for easy loading and unloading of your luggage. For the rest of your stay, the Historic Downtown Parking Facility is just two blocks away at 1 Cordova Street (subject to availability)—safe, convenient, and close by.
- To keep the experience peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties or events be hosted in the home.
- Smoking is not permitted inside, ensuring the space stays fresh and enjoyable for all guests.
- We love pets, but this property is a pet-free suite so it remains comfortable for all who visit.

Pleasant and comfortable suite. Any question or concern was quickly addressed by jason. We stayed in suite 1 and the balcony was great every morning and every night. Dead in the center and within walking distance of countless attractions and shops. Will absolutely return with a bigger party and acquire other suites.

The place is cute and clean, and is truly in the center of everything. You can walk pretty much anywhere. Great restaurant downstairs, on a quiet street. Note that there is no parking, but the city parking is just over a block away, and is secure and reasonable. Also, it says that it sleeps 4, but it is really a one bedroom with another small room that has fold-out single beds that were a surprise for our 70-year old bones.

All around excellent! My friend and I stayed here for a girls trip. Super close to everything. So convenient and easy. 100% walkable to everything. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath towels. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood but we enjoyed sitting on the beautiful front porch in the mornings and watch all the students and tourists pass by. The kitchenette had all the basics we needed, but being so close to so many great dining options we didn’t have a need for anything else. Highly recommend! If we return we would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and Relaxing
We absolutely loved staying at this property! We wanted to stay in the historic area of St Augustine, but knew nothing of the area. We were pleasantly surprised that this property was an amazing location! Right off St George St in a quaint little neighborhood. We walked everywhere and left our car parked in a lot nearby. The inside was newly renovated and very clean. We loved sitting on the front balcony every night listening to the music in the distance and watching the people walk by! Ricardo was incredibly helpful, responsive and super easy to communicate with. I can’t believe we found this gem of a property!
