The house was perfect for our stay. We were here for a week around Christmas. We arrived to a wreath on the door and a Christmas tree inside. The house and rooms are as pictured and our kids and the adults that are still kids at heart loved all of the game options. The house itself is wonderfully stocked. Especially the kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, and cookware if you choose to cook a meal which we did sometimes being a family of 6 it can quickly add up eating out for a week. There was a lot of thought put into the kitchen and we greatly appreciated it. The pool heat was included and there were also plenty of pool toys and floats on hand. I can't remember if it was mentioned in the description but we also found two single strollers and two wagons at the house also which was really helpful since we are usually in town for the theme parks.The communication with the host from booking to checkout was outstanding. She answered all of our questions throughout the process quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Not really a downside but it is important to note that if you are in town for the theme parks be prepared for the traffic to add to your drive. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Universal each day we went and around 25-30 to get to Disney Springs, this was during Christmas also so take that into account.We come to central Florida a couple of times a year and will definitely add this place to our list of places for return trips.
