Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes to Siesta Beach, 10 minutes to UTC mall, 15minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to SRQ airport. This home is fully remodeled July 2022, resurfaced pool October 2023, fully furnished, sleeps 8 -( 6 adults and 2 kids) . We have 1 king size bed in the master, 55" smart TV, sliding door to the pool. Walking closet, private full size bath with a walking shower, 2nd. bedroom has a queen bed with 55"smart TV, 3rd bedroom has a 1 full and 1 twin beds with 50" smart TV. This is open plan home with a big family room, 60" TV above electric fireplace, formal dining room seats 6 with the bar seats 4. We have big lanai with a table seating 8, big sofa, 2 chairs, 2 lounge chairs. BBQ Grill.The kitchen, with beautiful black granite counter tops, electric cooking range and oven, and fine wight wood cabinetry is stocked with all you will need to make up a fun vacation meal or prepare a sit-down gourmet delight. We have all new appliances. Lots of cabinets, and a big pantry. Garage converted to a play room, has AC and a ceiling fan, queen size futon, with a pool table, and other games. Pool is heated (for additional charge), salt water pool. Tile floors in the main areas and bathrooms, bedrooms has a laminate floors. Back yard is fully fanced. Laundry in the garage.

Clean & Well Maintained

Our stay was exceptional. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The pool and outdoor space were serene, offering complete privacy. The owner was communicative and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful vacation home in Sarasota

We have several family members living in Sarasota, and we've been renting houses there for about fifteen years when we visit. This house was one of the very best! It is sparkling clean, and in excellent repair, with new top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment, much better than we normally find. We enjoyed the pool (also in perfect condition) very much. We had a few questions for the property manager during our stay, and he always got back to us quickly. Unfortunately, we were only there for three days, but it would be well worth a return visit.

Lovely house

Beautiful,clean house just as shown on the pictures. Me and my family stayed for 7 days and we had a great time . The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and responded right away. House had everything we needed plus extra . Location was perfect , close to shops , food or if you craved some Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks if was just few minutes away . Also another big plus its only 15 min away from Siesta Key Beach . We made some great memories there and cant wait to go back again . I highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Sarasota , very nice and quiet neighborhood. Thanks for having us and we will be back ☺️
