Great stay during Hurricane Milton!

The check-in and communication was very easy. A great pet friendly place that sheltered us during Hurricane Milton while we had ti evacuate. The neighborhood is quiet. The views are great. The lake view and the greenery is gorgeous and relaxing to look at. A few minor maintenance observations that were communicated with the host. Nothing that took away from the stay or experience. Very quiet place and very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was ready for us. Would stay again!

The location is beautiful however the apartment we were in had riches and termites. The TV in the living room did not work and there was no seating in the bedroom we had to bring in our own lawn chairs. The balcony was being renovated and was not accessible. All text messages we automated. I did get one phone call and they were going to send someone to fix things but they never came in the 10 days we were there. We also requested no stairs because my hubby has dementia and is 83. We were disappointed to be on the second floor. I would not recommend renting from them.

Needs some attention

The unit is large and spacious and in a good location in then Saddlebrook Resort. The unit has been recently updated. That is the good news. -Owner did not communicate move in instructions until the day before and the information had to be requested a half dozen times.-The bedding was in such bad shape we bought our own bedding.-The couch had so many stains we covered it.-Kitchen items are very old and in poor shape. -There was left over loose food in a cabinet. -Another cabinet was dirty and I do not want to know what the dirt was.-The unit has a moldy and musty order that never went away.-The unit was not ready when we arrived and we had to buy our own paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap

Our stay at Saddlebrook in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

The condo was nice, however, there were no window coverings on the large glass doors facing the lake. Anyone could look inside the main living area at night. We were on full view. no privacy at all. The door was difficult to lock and took time each time we attempted to lock it when leaving the condo. Several electrical outlets and bedside lamps in the master bedroom were not functional at all. No outlets there.
