Best location in Ptown! On the Beach & in the Center of Town.

This is a perfect location for a group big or small! Stay here and you'll be on the beach and close to everything Ptown has to offer. You'll enjoy the large deck looking out at Ptown harbor and the Long Point lighthouse. You can have your morning coffee or evening cocktail watching the boats coming and going.

Inside is an open concept space that is spacious and comfortable. This space features multiple living areas that allows everyone staying here to have plenty of room to themselves but also enjoy being together.

The first floor of the unit has a newly renovated kitchen and eating area which opens to a living room. There's a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also a small bedroom with a built-in bunk style single bed (good for a child or small adult).

The second floor is a very large loft space with a Queen bed and full bathroom. There is also an additional sitting area with a couch and TV.

There is a large deck with an amazing view of the Ptown harbor and you are about 20 steps to the beach. There is parking for one car.

Fantastic location. Beautiful deck overlooking the bay. Kellie was so easy to communicate with. Clean, bright and lovely. All in all a super Holly Folly Weekend.

This is a great property! It’s actually bigger than it looks in the pics. There were 5 adults in our group and it worked perfectly for us! The location is perfect too! Would definitely stay here again.

This incredibly well located property was a dream come true for our group of four friends. The view to the harbor is stunning. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. The Wi-Fi worked, the smart TV worked. We would definitely stay again. We briefly met the owners who were very nice.

Lovely property.

Condo is superbly outfitted, everything you might need is there. The host/owner responded quickly and more than satisfactorily to an initial oversight. No on-site parking may not work for some but it’s not a hardship as it’s very close walking to everything!

Everything It Says Is Accurate

It's always somewhat difficult to really know what a property is like by looking at the pictures. This property exceeds what you think by looking at pictures alone. It is well stocked with what you need, right on the water with great view from the deck and upstairs. The location is perfect with no need for a car. If you have one there is a spot to park offsite which was convenient. It was impeccable clean and the hosts (who we happened to meet) were delightful. It's a 10 out of 10. I would definitely do it again.

A sweet spot on the harbor!

We had a wonderful stay! This is a fun, funky place that occupies the top 2 floors of an old house right on Commercial St and with direct access to the beach. Location was fantastic - just east of the center near the restaurants, shops & galleries but also suffiently quiet (except for Monday a.m. which is apparently garbage pick-up day but it wasn't terrible!). Just as depicted in the listing, well-equipped with a nice kitchen adequate for cooking if that's your thing. Definitely would come back here!

This place was amazing, AFFORDABLE & the views incredible! Great location, hung out on the deck well into evening after a great day of swimming. Good restaurants close by, can’t wait til next year to spend an entire week, our host Kellie was the best😊
