Retraite Encinitas Cottage / Nouveau tarif d'hiver! Marchez jusqu'à Swami.

Le chalet est une unité séparée, un «grand-appartement» d'arrière-cour d'environ 750 m². pieds . Vous avez deux chambres séparées, une kitchenette / salon et une salle de bain. Fraîchement rénové, ce charmeur `` proche de la plage '' donne sur un jardin isolé, une pelouse et des tas de fleurs. Éclectique est le sentiment. L'attention au «confort des créatures» et à la simplicité était l'intention lors de la rénovation [accents de carrelage italien et mexicain, planchers de bois franc ...]. Une deuxième chambre attenante [mais complètement privée] est de taille généreuse et comprend un lit double. La kitchenette et le salon donnent sur la pelouse et le jardin ... INTERDICTION DE FUMER dans la maison ou sur le terrain.
Nous voyons la situation comme la plus attrayante pour les couples ou les couples avec enfants, à la recherche d'un cadre paisible à quelques pas de notre petite ville balnéaire et de nos superbes plages, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Encinitas et Leucadia, un échantillon de la plage du sud de la Californie vivant.

Nous sommes situés dans l'un des quartiers les plus anciens du nord du comté de San Diego, les Highlands d'Encinitas. A 10 à 15 min. marchez et vous vous retrouverez dans la ville balnéaire pittoresque. La restauration ethnique est grande; grand italien, péruvain, thaï, indien, japonais, etc. - Encinitas semble être à la pointe du mouvement du «style de vie conscient», donc les options axées sur la santé abondent. Whole Foods est à proximité. Alors que la plage et l'océan restent les principales attractions, les magnifiques jardins du Self Realization Fellowship sont à quelques pas de la ville, une ressource pour la détente et le rajeunissement. Notre ville «arrive à maturité», pourrait-on dire, et tout cela n'est qu'à quelques pas.

Revenez à la tranquillité de votre chalet de jardin isolé et confortable. Si cela vous convient, passez nous voir et essayez-le, vous deviendrez peut-être un habitué.

Carol and Tony are amazing hosts! We had an absolutely wonderful beach vacation in Encinitas for the second year in a row. Their place allowed us access to all of the local beaches and our family of 4 took nightly walks to Swami’s Beach for sunsets and ice cream.

Beautiful hacienda! Sparkling clean, absolutely well stocked, comfy, bright, sunny & fabulous patio, landscaping, yard! Back patio & yard were a true peaceful oasis with nice outdoor furniture, fountains, & flowers. Inside very well decorated & designed. Bathroom super nice - outdoor shower as well. Quiet retreat but also only 15 min walk to all the fun in Encinitas, beaches too. Definitely will be back!

This cottage is the perfect little Encinitas hideaway. The interior is everything you need and nothing you don’t. Simple, charming, cozy and comfortable. Located in a wonderful neighborhood and extremely convenient to walk or bicycle to the coast and heart of town. The back yard is just as welcoming - a private garden oasis perfect for reveling in the bliss of California sun & cool air. We had a wonderful stay and vacation and can’t wait to return in the future. Finally the hosts are genuine, gracious and professional. All around a fantastic experience.

Great beach vacation spot!

The cottage is in a great location close to town and the beach. The cottage has a beautiful yard with a great patio area and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Tony & Carol are spectacular hosts and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Cottage!

Listing is accurate; perfect holiday getaway. Weather was stormy but cottage was warm and comfortable. 15 minute walk down to Swami’s beach and restaurants on the strip.

Carol and Tony's place was clean, comfortable, authentic, and low-key. It was a perfect basecamp for adventures. The location is close enough to town to be convenient, while far enough away to offer a peaceful respite from the hustle. It was a quiet place to recharge after a day of adventure. A great place for some peace and quiet

It’s perfect for two people. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio enjoying Carol and Tony’s wonderful backyard. Very comfortable stay, all within walking distance of the town and local beaches. Food in town was great, everything you’d expect in a SoCal beach community. Our hosts were pleasant and attentive.

Excellent spot in a nice location

Nice, clean, easy-to-access location with very friendly and helpful property owners. I stayed with my wife, our 5-month-old, and my mom and it worked out well for us. Carol provided a porta-crib which worked great, really nice outdoor space.

Your hosts Carol and Tony Hyde have resided in the local community since the early seventies. Carol, a nurse and psychotherapist, is an avid ocean kayaker and hiking enthusiast. Tony has worked in the surfing industry and in property development, but his passion and main focus is riding waves. He is happy to share his local knowledge with those who ask, as is Carol.

We both were drawn to Encinitas for the same reason- its' laid back Southern California charm. Through the years we have enjoyed sharing the many attributes of our location with our friends and family and have recently decided we would like to expand that pool to include guests through VRBO.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Primarily we offer a quiet space for our guests that is within comfortable walking distance from the beach and town. (about a 15 minute walk!).We enjoy maintaining our cottages' gardenlike setting and look forward to offering a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to those who are drawn to come. For the more adventuresome, the local surfshops provide rentals and equipment to indulge your passion. Surf Camps and Surf Lessons are offered close to Moonlight Beach, right down the way. The sidewalks don't close up at 8:00 pm anymore, Encinitas has it's share of nightlife, music and drinking establishments that 'pepper' the Coast Highway.
