Biskra has three artfully decorated bedrooms, a sparkling custom year-round swimming pool, and all the amenities youâd want from a home. Make this yours for a few nights and youâll wish you could stay forever.
Before you even pull up the driveway and into one of the spots in Biskraâs garage, youâre already charmed by the house. For one, thereâs the view: a clear blue sky shining radiantly over the San Jacinto Mountains. Then thereâs the xeriscaped front lawn with its desert foliage and immense palm trees thriving in the heat. And, finally, there are the geometric details on the facade that make you feel like youâre stepping back in time to the 1950s and 60s (but with stronger WiFi).
Inside is just as lovely. The front is open concept, adorned with modern comforts and timeless finishes. Itâs clear this place has been remodeled recently, but with care and consideration of its historic nature. From this space youâre already drawn to the backyard, from which the swimming pool calls your name. Put your bags down first in one of the bedrooms. Whichever one you get is fine; they all have ample closet space for your luggage and beds youâll cozy up into when the sun goes down.
Change into your suit, grab a cocktail from the kitchen, slide open the glass doors and take it in. Kaptur designed this pool area to be an oasis fit for the best in the business. The gorgeous view from the outside opens up even more, with a garden area and the custom-built pool that glistens in the sunshine. Dive in and stay outside the rest of the day. Home Truths:
- Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
âââââââ- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

- This home allows a maximum of 3 cars only.
- This is a City Mandate and AVANTSTAY will not be liable for any guest citation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
