Located just 1 block from the beach and close to Port Canaveral and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Updated house with large heated pool, covered gazebo with grill/cooking area, fire pit, bar and plenty of outdoor seating. Full game room with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, separate kitchen/bathroom etc. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite countertops and smart TV's in every room. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 10+ people, beach cruiser bikes and all beach gear needed for easy to walk to the beach.

We LOVE this place! The host thought of everything! Never before have we had paper goods supplied. We took our two dogs. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nice size house. We had 11 people which was a bit too many people. Next time we will only have 6 people. Loved all the amenities. Location is perfect, within walking distance of Papa Vitos Pizza, Fish Camp, Graham's bar, Tiny Tavern and lots of other places.

Great place for family

We have a large family and were looking for a good place to stay. Very comfortable place, the owner did a good job accommodating our needs. Love the heated pool and hanging out at night out in the yard. Thanks!

This house was great for our family vacation! Plenty of space for all of us. The game room and the backyard were amazing! Short walk to the beach but no reason to leave the house if you choose not to. Joe was a wonderful host, very easy to get a hold of and quick with his responses. It’s definitely in my favorites so we can book again soon.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (13, 11,5) had a great stay at this house. The beach was a close walk and the house had ample beach supplies available for us. We enjoyed the pool and game room as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby!

Four day getaway with my adult kids

Excellent place for a group! Plenty of space, owner was fantastic and friendly. So much to do and you don’t need a car everything you need is within walking distance!

Great Post Cruise Beach House

The perfect beach house to follow up our Bahamian cruise. Very clean, great pool area and wonderful pool house with lots of games for the kids. Short walk to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs and beach toys.

Great family stay

Great location. Fun for all ages. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a large outdoor living space and the house is beautiful and clean. Lots of pool and beach items in site. The game room is amazing. If my family could give this rental 25 stars, we would. It is fantastic. Don’t pass this one up.

Cocoa Beach House Stay

The house exceeded expectations. The pool, yard and game room was highly utilized daily by adults and kids. If we return to the area we will attempt to book this house.

Magnificent Stay

Had a hiccup checking in but not a big deal. Great house! Had adults, teens and smaller kids. The pool, outdoor games and pool house made the trip. Having the beach one block away was a great plus.

Comfy Family Time

We went to a wedding and then made trip into a family get together. Loved the convenience to the beach and had the excitement of TWO rocket launches!!!! It was Amazing! Family felt soooo comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Superb location!

My family and I had a great stay at Joe’s Place! It had an amazing backyard and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house had tons of beach toys and an umbrella to use at the beach. Plenty of room for a large family.

Great house and location for family vacation

Our family of 10 enjoyed our Florida Christmas vacation at Cocoa Beach. Joe was a very good host and was extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable house which was also very well supplied with everything we needed--towels, paper products, dishes, seasonings, and plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kids loved the pool with plenty of pool toys, beach equipment, and the game room. The location is perfect in a quiet street close to the beach and across the road from Gator & (mini) Golf. Highly recommend!

Awesome outdoor space

Overall house was great. Clean, good location, well-supplied. The weather was cooler than we would have liked so the heated pool was great. All the 5 star reviews made me nervous because I thought they might not all be real but we had a great stay so they appear to be deserved.

Absolutely Perfect Cocoa Beach Home!

This is a 5+ Star Home, it was just as beautiful as the posted photos. Perfect location, The home was clean and fully stocked. The pool area was our favorite place to spend our time. The Host was the best to work with and made sure we were okay upon arriving to the home. This home is on our "Return List"! The Goodman's ~ Fripp Island, SC

Quick stay before a cruise

We picked this house because of the amenities and location to the beach. We loved hanging out by the pool. I messaged Joe about some new darts for the dart board and he quickly dropped them off. We would stay here again if vacationing near cocoa Beach.

We stayed Jan 5-12-24. Eight adults. We were glad to have an escape from sub zero temperatures in Wyoming. The place has been nicely remodeled. The beds were comfortable, plenty of everything from games to tvs. The backyard is amazing for swimming, lounging, games, and bbq. Would gladly do it all over again.

Excellent choice for a large group.

There are lots of good places to stay on the Space Coast, but this is a particularly good choice if you've got a group of 6, for several reasons: 1) the backyard is not only spacious but has enough seating that everyone can gather in one circle, or different groups can split off for conversations. 2) the game room not only gives you a separate bedroom and bathroom, but allows one set of folks to party while others go to bed in the main house. 3) the place is stocked for large groups! I cannot praise Joe & co. enough here for the foresight. Our group was 11 and we never had to worry about running out of towels! There were TWO coffee makers, plenty of plates and silverware, and toiletries in all the bathrooms. We never felt pinched.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to rent it again someday.

Magical Vacation

What a glorious vacation in Cocoa Beach... great house, heated pool, game room, TVs in every room, and fire pit. Weather after Christmas was sunny, 62-68... and we body boarded and built sand castles. Walking a block to the beach to watch 2 SpaceX launches and a trip to Kennedy Space Center... opened the eyes of my grandsons to the new Space Race. We were in awe... Putt-Putt Golf and Zipline a block away, great restaurants, grocery shopping and the pier... within walking distance for the entire family. We extended our stay and we will be back!
